Mr. Personality Plus, alias "Bo", is probably the calmest herdsire you'll ever meet. On top of that, Bo has incredibly dense, crimpy fiber from head to toe. And finally, those unique appaloosa spots make him completely one-of-a-kind. This spring, Bo settled several females (confirmed by ultrasound) and we can hardly wait for the crias to make their appearance. Oh! If only you could see spots and plumbing with ultrasound!

Enchanted Hill Stella

Cara has been one of our most dependable dams and in 2007 she certainly played her trump card. This was her fourth cria, the fourth female, it is our first female appaloosa cria, and she was born on Joanie's birthday. What a deal! Stella was born looking like a month-old alpaca. She had none of those bowed legs or weak pasterns. Within 10 minutes of birth, she was up and nursing, and then it was time for play. Stella has beautiful fiber. As an appaloosa, Stella is unusual, but even more unusual is the fact that her spots are only one shade darker than the background color. Typically, appaloosas have much darker spots. So, Stella has a wonderful, heathery look with her speckled/freckled appearance. Bred to Bodacious, Stella produced a striking appy male that has been purchased as a future herdsire, and has now been rebred to Bodacious for a 2013 cria.

Description

Boo-ella is the result of a repeat breeding of Stella and Bo. The first resulted in a gorgeous appaloosa male. This time, we were hoping for an appoloosa female. Well, we got the female. AND, she's gorgeous. Boo-ella appears to have really nice, soft, crimpy fiber, and it is that light fawn that is just so pleasing to the eye. A sweater made from her fiber should be just right for those crisp fall days, and it will match just about anything. Boo-ella is also offered in a package with Lavender, Chiquita, and George of only $3000. What a nice way to start a new herd!
