1301106<--ari-->White<--color-->DESCRIPTION FROM XANADU FARMS LISTING
"Presidio is one the the finest-producing son of Accoyo Caligula, and his dam, 3Peruvian Senna, is a fawn from the Sollocata region of Peru. He now has 7 "Get of Sire" wins to his credit & was 2nd in "Get of Sire" at the 2004 National Show, in what Judge Mike Safely called the "best Get of Sire class" he'd ever judged. When we stopped counting, his crias had over 65 color championships and over 90 blue ribbons. His daughter Xanadu P. Donno Bello, had the White Color Champion Fleece at the 2004 AOBA show, too.
Presidio's fleece combines deep amplitude crimp, incomparable brightness, density and staple length. He sheared over 11.9 pounds of fleece at fourth shearing with a 7.9 pound blanket. He consistently passes his heavy bone, correct structure, perfect bite and reproductive capacity to his kids.
He now has over 160 crias on the ground in nearly all colors, including true blacks, rose greys, silver greys, dark browns, fawns and whites. All carry his strong genotype.

1301106<--ari-->White<--color-->DESCRIPTION FROM XANADU FARMS LISTING
Barnabus takes Get of Sire Win #8- at the 2011 A-OK Blast Off. He's on a roll with his elite offspring. We just got back his EIGHT YEAR OLD HISTOGRAM. 20.0 mic; 3.9 SD; 19.4 CV and 2.2% + 30.
Barnabus also took Get of Sire at the '09 Great Western Show, the largest show in the US At GWAS We took three of his juveniles, Mistral, Cachet and Encanto into the ring and took blue in a VERY competitive class of 22. Those same kids also took Breeder's Best Three for Xanadu.
We'll be offering a few outside breedings in 2011 but we do have 4 lovely daughters for sale. We've sold all of his yearling sons but have several promising male crias born fall of 2010.
50 Gorgeous Kids on the ground and all knockouts. Our white "Bus" juvenile girl, Cachet, took Color Champ and Judges Choice, best female of all halter champions at theh '10 TxOLAN show and took blue at the Futurity in '09. Cachet's Futurity win makes three years in a row for the three full sisters, Au Courant, Cadenza and now Cachet to take blue at the Futurity. Talk about genetic consistency.
Barnabus has the best one year alpaca histogram ever seen - 12.8 mic; 2.6 SD; 20.4 CV and 0.3%+ 30! Most importantly, he consistently passed this to his offspring.
His elite fleece is loaded with character, with tight bundling & complete uniformity front to back. Combine this with 9 1/4 pounds of fleece '05 with a 5 1/4 pound blanket. Outstanding for a male this fine.
Barnabus often throws the dam's color while passing on his amazing fineness.

Autumn is a rock solid brown Presidio daughter from a Show Me the Money mom (Royal Fawn). She has sporty white socks and a dense, crimpy fleece.
Her first cria, Xanadu P Clandestine, sired by Barnabus. just took Reserve Champ at the Level IV MoPaca show. Clandestine's fiber stats are truly remarkable - 13.8 mic; 3.0 SD; 22 CV and 0.4% + 30 at a full 12 months of age! Autumn is bred back the same way for a September cria. We are wishing for fawn and dreaming of brown.
We are very excited to add this girl to our breeding program and eagerly await the arrival of her Barnabus cria. If we get lucky and it has color, it should be awesome.
We are pleased to co-own Autumn with Tanner Z Farm, NY Sheila Schartz-Zych.
