Cameron doesn’t need us to tout his praises. He speaks for himself through his amazing show record, his astonishing fleece and his legendary pedigree - and now his multiple banner-winning ofspring in fawn, brown, black and grey. We first met Cameron when he was only four months of age. Seeing he was already something special, we eagerly purchased half interest from our friends Ian and Jennifer Lutz of Cas-Cad-Nac Farm. Then we waited and watched him mature into a finer yet denser version of his sire, Snowmass Nova, who won the Herdsire of the Year award two years in a row. He is a veritable new and improved edition! Cameron carries EXCEPTIONAL dense, bright fleece with SPECTACULAR (almost unbelievable) high frequency crimp. There is a perceptible sigh or gasp everytime we part his fleece to show off to visitors. We can confidently say he is one of the nicest black males out there today. We are delighted to have him in our program as he continues to produce winners for us year after year! Cameron is proudly co-owned with Cas-Cad-Nac Farms.

Description

ARDG Backin Black, aka chloe as we call her on the farm, is a beautiful young female for someone looking to start at the top. Perfect conformation, bite and amazing fiber makes her the total package. Her sire is the well known CCNF Cameron, a Snowmass Nova son, who won many, many awards including Futurity Champion. If you want genetics you have Nova, Bueno, Hemingway to name a few. If you are looking for incredible fiber then you can get that too. Her cria fiber had a micron of 19 and a curve of 33 which is crimpy for a cria fiber esp. in black. As her fiber is coming in this year we can see that Chloe is taking after her sire and exhibiting the crimp and style of him. Fiber samples are available upon request, just write or call. Chloe has been shown once at the Mapaca Jubliee. She placed 6th in a class of 13 and wowed judge Jude Anderson. Chloe was the only one to place in her class that still was in cria fleece. The remaining five had already been shorn the season before. She was the youngest in her class(6 months) with the majority being at least 10 months old. She will be shown this fall. Check back for results.
