Dam: Morning Pearl
31505529<--ari-->Light Fawn<--color-->Morning Pearl is a absolutely gorgeous girl, as you can plainly see for yourself. Although she has a stately air about her, she has a very sweet, gentle personality. She is a Xanadu 'Round Midnight daughter, a Peruvian Presidio grandaughter, and a Caligula great-grandaughter! With genetics like that, you can't go wrong! She has her sire's super dense, crimpy fiber, and has the ribbons to prove it!
Last year she gave birth to a truly wonderful male cria from Highland's Blue Chip. Eli's fiber feels silky like suri, and has crimp from top to bottom. We are truly excited to see what this boy turns into. He has already shown his interest in breeding by mounting even our llama since the age of 1 week. I guess that IgG of 4500 has something to do with his energy levels!
Pearl would be a magnificent addition to your herd, or a solid foundation girl for a starter herd.

Description
Eli is going to be an awesome herdsire!! He's young, but he's ready to breed every female in sight! He has amazing fiber, and a unique personality. He isn't afraid of anything or anyone. He has perfect conformation, bite, and a powerful presence. He has incredible coverage, tight crimp, long staple length, and nice denseness. His sire is Highland's Blue Chip, who is from the Snowmass Casanova line.
He was shorn in early May and his fiber is incredible. As you can see from the picture, he has crimp from top to bottom. I can't wait to get it into spinoffs. The older he gets, the higher his price will go. Buying him now would be a bargain for any farm, new or established.
Eli got a fifth place ribbon at ALSA National Champions show in Springfield,OH, although the judge said his conformation was better than the 2 animals in front of him.
