Cinders

SuriHerdsire (Male)True Black
AOA# 31219334DOB: 8/12/200816 yrs
We are pleased to add Cinders to our breeding program at Suri Peak Alpacas. He will be an excellent match for our Coal Man daughters! With DDF Peruvian MacGyver and Accoyo Jackpot as his grandsires, Cinders is just under 40% Accoyo, and he is full Peruvian. Cinders is very lustrous with beautiful tight locks that go completely to the skin. His density is outstanding with his locks literally stacked upon each other. Cinder's fleece is also very uniform and has a very soft handle. When you consider his impressive 2009 histogram, it's no surprise. A true black suri with a comfort factor of 98.3 % is hard to find. Conformationaly, Cinders meets all the criteria for a well proportioned and balanced suri. He is a solid built male with excellent bone density and a perfect bite. His leg coverage is so good that it literally hides his toenails. Top it all off with a gorgeous suri head, and Cinders is a suri breeder's dream come true. 2012 brought a wonderful crop of Cinders' crias. They are awesome! Most are dark and all have outstanding fleece characteristics. Cinders is passing on his excellent conformation and beautiful suri head as well. Cinders is adding density and superb leg coverage to his offspring. 2013 - Cinders' skin biopsy shows a density of 67.5 which places him in the top 2% of male suris tested by Dr. Norm Evans. Dr. Evans also states that "Cinders could certainy add fineness to most suri females." Cinders' crias had an outstanding show at GWAS 2013. All four won 1st place, with SPAR's Mystique winning Reserve Champion. It was unfortunate there were not enough entries for the other 3 Cinders' offspring to compete in a championship. May 2013: We are proud to announce our co-owners in Cinders - Brad and Jandy Sprouse of Great Lakes Ranch. March 2014: Cinders daughter SPAR's Vicki's Sweetie Pea is JUDGES CHOICE at AOBA National Show.

Dam: SPAR's Torbio's Magdalena

Torbio Daughter 7/8 Accoyo

SPAR's Torbio's Magdalena

SuriBred (Female)White
AOA# 30522626DOB: 5/26/200618 yrs
Magdalena is a FULL PERUVIAN, 7/8 ACCOYO, Torbio daughter. On her dam's side she has Uribe and 4Peruvian Miguel as grandparents, giving her a nice combination of accoyo genetics. Magdalena is another example of the quality offspring Magnificent (her dam) produces for us at Suri Peaks. Magnificent consistently stamps her crias with beautiful bearded suri heads. Magdalena's sire, Torbio, is also known for producing crias with typey suri heads. Magdalena has inherited this beautiful typey suri head just like her full brother Accoyo Orbit. She also has lustrous fleece with a very nice lock style just like her Color Champion brother, Orbit. Magdalena is a tall and big boned female. At 4 1/2 months old she weighed 83 pounds. Conformationaly, Magdalena is excellent, and she has a perfect bite. She is a sweet girl to work with, just like her dam. Magdalena's first cria is SPAR's MacLuster's Ginger Mist. Ginger won 1st and Reserve Champion at her first show and she was just 6 months old. She has won 2 more Color Championships in 2010 making her now a 3X Champion. Ginger Mist has a full brother, SPAR's Peak Perfection. Peak had a very successful show career winning 3 Championships. SPAR's Peak Perfection is the complete package, and we will be using him in our breeding program in 2013. Magdalena's 2012 cria is the one and only SPAR's Vicki's Sweetie Pea. Her name says sit all, she is sweeter than sweet! Not only is she sweet, she has the same champion attributes of her siblings. Beautiful luster, fineness and locking with a gorgeous suri head. Magdalena is bred to Crown Prince for a summer 2013 cria.

Description

SPAR's Torbio's Magdalena has done it again giving us another outstanding cria in 2012. SPAR's Vicki's Sweetie Pea is white out of a black sire, namely Cinders. Sweetie Pea's dam, Magdalena is strong for producing white, obviously even when bred to black. Sweetie Pea is one of the most high quality white suris we have had at Suri Peak's. She is a show quality white female that will be fun to breed with the color that her sire brings into the picture. Sweetie Pea lives up to her name having a sweeter than sweet disposition. Sweetie Pea has 2 champion half siblings, SPAR's Peak Perfection and SPAR's MacLuster's Ginger Mist. Like her siblings, Sweetie Pea has a very fine fleece with excellent uniformity. Check out her impressive histogram results. Buy her now, start showing her this spring and bring home the ribbons! Sweetie Pea sells with a first breeding to any unrelated Suri Peak's herdsire. We recommend Coal Man or SPAR's Dark Coalition.
