Dam: Blue Chip Stock Fedora

3X CHAMP - Produces Champion Offspring!

Blue Chip Stock Fedora

SuriBred (Female)Dark Brown
AOA# 1305982DOB: 11/7/200420 yrs
Fedora is a rich mahogany color with STRIKING LUSTER for a deeply colored suri. Her fleece is fine with a micron of 22.6 and has a wonderful hand. Her locks are to the skin and very uniform throughout her fleece. Fedora's sire is Fine Threads Jax, a black herdsire owned by Alpaca Jack's Suri Farm. Fedora has inherited her sire's black coloring as seen on her black ears, muzzle and lower legs. On her dam's side, Fedora comes from a long line of well known Acero Marka offspring. Her grandsire is Ameripaca's well known herdsire Harry Brown. Fedora has a perfect bite and flawless conformation. A 3 time Champion herself, Fedora was bred to our 2 time Champion herdsire and Macgyver son, MacLuster. Together they should produce a top quality cria destined for the show ring. See SPAR's She's Something Else, a 4X Champion. Fedora had her second cria, SPAR's Count It All Joy, out of Coal Man. She is true black and beautiful! Joy has now won 3 Championships. In September 2009, Fedora blessed us once again with another true black female out of Suri Peak's Coal Man. SPAR's Coal Man's Black Bunny looks to be a winner like her full sister, Joy. Wow! 2010 brings yet another true black female from Fedora and Coal Man. She's another beauty! We have named her SPAR's Coal Man's Inky. October 2011 - Fedora proves herself once again giving birth to her 4th black female in a row! This beautiful little female is from our new black herdsire, CINDERS. October 2012 - Fedora gives us black again! Her first male cria. We have named him SPAR's Coal Man's Redeemer. He is greasy lustrous and the whole package that we have come to expect from Fedora's crias. We will breed Fedora to SPAR's Peak Perfection in the summer of 2013.

Service Sire: Cinders

Lustrous, Fine and OUTSTANDING Density!

Cinders

SuriHerdsire (Male)True Black
AOA# 31219334DOB: 8/12/200816 yrs
We are pleased to add Cinders to our breeding program at Suri Peak Alpacas. He will be an excellent match for our Coal Man daughters! With DDF Peruvian MacGyver and Accoyo Jackpot as his grandsires, Cinders is just under 40% Accoyo, and he is full Peruvian. Cinders is very lustrous with beautiful tight locks that go completely to the skin. His density is outstanding with his locks literally stacked upon each other. Cinder's fleece is also very uniform and has a very soft handle. When you consider his impressive 2009 histogram, it's no surprise. A true black suri with a comfort factor of 98.3 % is hard to find. Conformationaly, Cinders meets all the criteria for a well proportioned and balanced suri. He is a solid built male with excellent bone density and a perfect bite. His leg coverage is so good that it literally hides his toenails. Top it all off with a gorgeous suri head, and Cinders is a suri breeder's dream come true. 2012 brought a wonderful crop of Cinders' crias. They are awesome! Most are dark and all have outstanding fleece characteristics. Cinders is passing on his excellent conformation and beautiful suri head as well. Cinders is adding density and superb leg coverage to his offspring. 2013 - Cinders' skin biopsy shows a density of 67.5 which places him in the top 2% of male suris tested by Dr. Norm Evans. Dr. Evans also states that "Cinders could certainy add fineness to most suri females." Cinders' crias had an outstanding show at GWAS 2013. All four won 1st place, with SPAR's Mystique winning Reserve Champion. It was unfortunate there were not enough entries for the other 3 Cinders' offspring to compete in a championship. May 2013: We are proud to announce our co-owners in Cinders - Brad and Jandy Sprouse of Great Lakes Ranch. March 2014: Cinders daughter SPAR's Vicki's Sweetie Pea is JUDGES CHOICE at AOBA National Show.

Description

A product of a 3 TIME CHAMPION DAM and a 2 TIME CHAMPION SIRE, SPAR's She's Something Else is just what her name says - something else. Fondly known as Elsie, this gal has awesome luster along with all the other attributes of a fine Suri. No wonder when you consider her bloodlines. Her grandsire is the all time champion, Macgyver on her sire's side, and on her dam's side her grandsire is Fine Threads Jax. Elsie herself is now a 4 time champion, winning her most recent Color Championship at the 2009 Great Western Alpaca Show in Denver. A level 5 show, GWAS was the largest show in the country for 2009. Elsie won Color Champion over some of the best suris in the country. Elsie had her 1st cria in May 2010. He is a stunning dark brown male with black ears and nose. This guy is dripping with luster! There is no mistaking him out in the pasture. We have named him SPAR's Dark Coalition. This guy completed his show career with 4 Championships! Sadly Elsie lost her 2012 cria. It was a true black female out of Cinders. She will be rebred to Suri Peak's Coal Man in 2013.
