He's the Man at Suri Peak Alpaca Ranch - and he seems to know it! Full Peruvian and absolutely coal black, Coal Man is making a name for himself these days as his offspring continue to be ribbon winners in the show ring. If you want to add quality and color to your breeding program, Coal Man is your guy! Proven genetics come with breeding your females to this herdsire. He has 69 registered offspring...and with no MacGyver in his background, Coal Man is an excellent cross for your MacGyver related females. Check out some of Coal Man's CHAMPION offspring and see for yourself what this amazing herdsire is producing - SPAR's Buster Brown, SPAR's Bongo Billy, Suri Peak's Jobe, 3X Champion SPAR's Ni-Coal, 3X Champion SPAR's Count It All Joy, SPAR's Coal Man's Poppy Seed, 2X Champion SPAR's Coal Man's Black Bunny, 7X Champion SPAR's Coal Miner , 4X Champion SPAR's Coal-ter and 4X Champion SPAR's Dark Coalition. 3X CHAMP - Produces Champion Offspring!

Blue Chip Stock Fedora

SuriBred (Female)Dark Brown
AOA# 1305982DOB: 11/7/200420 yrs
Fedora is a rich mahogany color with STRIKING LUSTER for a deeply colored suri. Her fleece is fine with a micron of 22.6 and has a wonderful hand. Her locks are to the skin and very uniform throughout her fleece. Fedora's sire is Fine Threads Jax, a black herdsire owned by Alpaca Jack's Suri Farm. Fedora has inherited her sire's black coloring as seen on her black ears, muzzle and lower legs. On her dam's side, Fedora comes from a long line of well known Acero Marka offspring. Her grandsire is Ameripaca's well known herdsire Harry Brown. Fedora has a perfect bite and flawless conformation. A 3 time Champion herself, Fedora was bred to our 2 time Champion herdsire and Macgyver son, MacLuster. Together they should produce a top quality cria destined for the show ring. See SPAR's She's Something Else, a 4X Champion. Fedora had her second cria, SPAR's Count It All Joy, out of Coal Man. She is true black and beautiful! Joy has now won 3 Championships. In September 2009, Fedora blessed us once again with another true black female out of Suri Peak's Coal Man. SPAR's Coal Man's Black Bunny looks to be a winner like her full sister, Joy. Wow! 2010 brings yet another true black female from Fedora and Coal Man. She's another beauty! We have named her SPAR's Coal Man's Inky. October 2011 - Fedora proves herself once again giving birth to her 4th black female in a row! This beautiful little female is from our new black herdsire, CINDERS. October 2012 - Fedora gives us black again! Her first male cria. We have named him SPAR's Coal Man's Redeemer. He is greasy lustrous and the whole package that we have come to expect from Fedora's crias. We will breed Fedora to SPAR's Peak Perfection in the summer of 2013.

Description

The arrival of this little gal was a "joy" to say the least. I have been waiting to see the results of breeding Suri Peak's Coal Man to Fedora, a Fine Threads Jax daughter that I purchased a few years ago specifically to breed to Coal Man. Joy is just what I was hoping for - a true black female with superior fleece qualities. She is "coal" black with high luster and beautiful locking. She has that nice typey suri head that Coal Man stamps his crias with. Joy is the product of a 3 time champion dam, and has inherited her dam's awesome luster. Joy's conformation is excellent and her bite correct. I see all the potential for her to do well in the show ring next year. Joy is now owned by Pines Edge Suri Alpacas.
