Whoopi is a sweet girl! Out of Andy Tillman's breeding program, we've had 4 excellent crias out of her, she's an excellent mom with good milk. Her fiber is dense and fine and still locks up not long after shearing. Her first cria was a nice surprise. We bought her bred (we thought) to a MF male. Turned out that due to an escape at the farm she was bred to Blessed By Thunder. She had a beautiful TB male; see Jump'n Jack Flash on our list. The second cria is FMR Sergeant Pepper, white with lots of Med. Brown spots and a brown muzzle...out of Ricochet, our full Peruvian grandson of Inca Hoots. She was next bred to Haydn, our 2-time Reserve Champion, that little girl (Goldie Locks) is here, and she is a fine, dense, high luster MF. Now bred to Don Onyx el Jefe, one of our TB herdsires. Her last cria is a white male out of USA Ringo. Excellent hand, luster and lock. As we are trying to reduce our herd size we have reduced Whoopi's price considerably for a quick sale. Selling with her cria at side and bred for a Spring '09 cria.

Description

As our herd has grown and we have more herdsires coming up we have decided to add Flash to our sales list. Flash's name really suits him! This son of Blessed by Thunder has exceptional fiber, super cool and slick hand, well defined and consistant lock structure and blinding luster...much better than most and very rare for a black. Flash was a nice surprise; we bought him in utero from Tillman's Suri Alpacas. Buying a dark brown dam we thought was bred to a different sire, it turns out there was an "escape" and when ARI said the DNA did not match we set out sending in all the possibilities. We were certainly pleased when he turned out to be a Thunder boy! Being a fall baby, he was always youngest and smallest in show classes. He never got a 1st, but did place 2nd and 3rd the few times we showed him. He's matured nicely and settled his first females fall '05, so we are adding him to our list for outside breedings. Note: Flash's first three cria are here...extreme luster, lock and handle; one is a carbon copy of his sire. In case you are not aware, Blessed By Thunder passed away this past summer so these genetics are going to be scarce!
