FMR Symphony's Cantata
Alpaca, Suri, Open (Female) | White
AOA #1193336 | DOB: 9/9/2004 (20 yrs)
Sire: Fire Engine
Medium Brown, 826126, Full Bolivian
Fire Engine is aptly named. While registered as a Lt Brown, he is definetly a Med. Brown as an adult and has a lot of red color, especially evident in the sun. Out of the well known Rag Top, he shares that great mahoghany color. Sparky, as we call him, has his first 3 cria on the fround. His first is a Bay Black out of a White/Med. Brown pinto female. The second is a White out of a White female. Both have very nice fiber along with good lock and luster. The third is out of the same pinto girl above, a beautiful pinto boy.
Update: The little white girl is really turnig out nice! Very well locked, consistent, excellent luster...definitly a show girl!<--description-->
Dam: KPR Symphony
White, 153954, Peruvian & Bolivian
Symphony is the dam to our 2-time Reserve Champion Symphony's Haydn. She is also the dam to a herdsire that produced Murphy's Gem, another 2-time Reserve Champion. This dam really puts some nice qualities in her cria, great bone, excellent bite and luster...to name a few!<--description-->
Description
Cantata is a very sweet girl to go along with very good confirnmation, good bone and great fiber. Symphony, her dam, is dam to crias with lots of ribbons under their belts. We only showed Cantata a couple of times, you know how competetive the white classes are. She got a 3rd and a 4th, at least she didn't get the gate! Cantata's sire is Fire Engine, a Rag Top son. She looks almost exactly like Fire Engine's dam, that thick woolly fiber on her face and nicely locked with very good luster throughout her fleece. Symphony has thrown color in the past and being out of a Medium Brown sire I think Cantata should throw color when bred to color and possibly white if bred to white. If you're interested in this nice girl as an addition to your herd, we'll work with you to breed her to the sire of your choice on our farm. She is a good size for her age and we intend to breed her late this fall for a fall '06 cria.
