Prime Time, or "Pete" as we call him is exceptional in all aspects, and he's out of one of the great true blacks, Sudden Impact. He has great luster, lock definition, conformation and personality. He is so friendly and easy going, he is the one we normally catch for hands on with visitors. His fiber is also "slick" and cleans out very easily, very little vegetation sticks and hardly any matting. We used him ourselves for the first time in Oct. 2002. That first cria is a beautiful Med. Fawn GIRL out of a dam who is white on both sides all the way back. Certainly a positive show of color from this nice male (that girl threw a TB cria on her first breding to a TB...great color genetics!). Let's face it, luster and hand are THE most important traits...and Pete passes that to every cria! Be sure to go to the AN site of Rancho Milagro and see Mills Avenue Amos, another stunning 'Pete' cria! We just learned that Amos' fawn fiber is now going gray! Another cria out of a pinto dam (outside breeding) is also going gray...way to go Pete! Note: In the first Suri Network Summer Symposium and the largest Suri Fleece Show EVER (284 Suri fleeces)...2 of Pete's juvenile cria had a great showing! FMR Fantasea (TB/W Pinto) won Reserve Color Champion and FMR Mr. Majestic (Dark Maroon) won 1st Place (not enought in class for a championship)...way to go Pete...again! Pete passes his incredible luster and hand to all his cria! Majestic also won 1st in fleece at the Mid-America Alpaca Show '06 and 1st AND best luster at TxOLAN '07!

Aria was a cria at side of one our first aplaca purchases. She had very high luster along with very nice pencil locks right to the skin. One judge once remarked as we left the ring at a level 4 show that suri breeders should get their hands on her fleece to see what suri fleece should feel like. Super slick and cool. Aria grew to be a large dam, she's around 190 prior to breeding. So far she's passing her attributes on to her cria. Sorry, it would take quite alot to get her off our farm! Aria gave us an exceptional male out of Ricochet for fall '07.

Description

We have reduced Figaro's price for a quick sale. Figaro is ready do to your breedings; if you want to add great color from an exceptional mahogany, this is a great deal. We just have too many animals now and need to move some out. As sales happen, some of these deals will go away...either by being sold themselves, or by the herd size in general. Figaro has a beautiful maroon color in fleece that is nicely locked, high luster and excellent hand. Very correct confirmationally, sire and dam are both large animals so one should expect him to grow into a nice, large, well boned herdsire. He'll begin the show season in January and the price will increase as he does well in the ring. Figaro did well in the ring and we are taking his fleece to the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show this August. We expect great things, very high luster, excellent lock and hand. He got first in a tough class, we have raised his price accordingly.
