We just LOVE Prestige, she's everything we could have asked for! She's given us 3 girls in a row, but we certainly wouldn't mind a boy. She created rose grey Premier's Absolute, who is known nationally as one of the top grey males in the country and who Julie Skinner praised. He sold for $150,000 at the Futurity. Her list of Champion and Blue ribbon winning offspring is long. She produces fineness and consistency that, like her own, is maintained into maturity. This is the quality Reiling Ranch is striving to replicate across their herd and so pleased that Premier helped us take another step toward achieving our goal. Her sire is the renowned Don Julio from the first Peruvian import. He was proclaimed at his first show as the closest thing to the perfect alpaca. He put his stamp on fine offspring before leaving the US. Her dam is one of the most cherished at Cas-Cad-Nac producing a champion line for them. Prestige has a nice head with excellent depth of jaw and maintains a perfect bite at 12 years of age. She has heavy bone that she passes along to her offspring. Her fiber is extremely dense and still shows nice character. Even in her older age, she maintains a fineness comparable to most yearlings. Her offspring have all had good consistent crimp, fineness, and density. Prestige gave us another girl! Black from Snowmass Porteus. She is incredible! Took a blue in her first show! We believe that the dam contributes at least 50% of the genetics, so we try to maintain the best foundation girls we can. Next we have a stunning white male from Prestige and Porteus who we can't wait to get in the ring. He is very dense and consistent in crimp. He also has the spectacular "silky" fleece that Snowmass has pioneered. We are so excited to get a "silky" and the fact that he's a boy is a bonus because he will be a huge assest to anyone's breeding program.

King absolutely is one of the nicest alpacas we've had born here. His first crias are on the ground and they are simply stunning!! The highlight of shearing was his crias. I sound like a cliche describing them but there's no other way to say it...very long consistent staple, excellent brightness, coverage galore, perfect architecture all the way to the belly, and extremely fine. If you're looking for a male to put on massive bones while keeping that very correct square conformation and beautiful fleece coverage...King is your guy. His Pedigree is wonderful. Full of superfine genetics like Accoyo Elite, Accoyo Legacy, Augusto, Hemingway, Cahuide, and more. He's available for stud. We own his dam who is a Top 1% EPD girl so we are able to offer him for sale. He has a beautiful histogram and a high curvature with well defined zipper style crimp. In his first show he took a 1st Place at exactly 6 months old with incredible competition. He has gone on to win many more blue ribbons. Judges absolutely loved his fineness and density as well as his perfect alpaca body type. Very square, solid, and big boned with lots of presence and a perfect alpaca head style. We continue to get excellent feedback from AOBA Judges and they all love his build, body type, and coverage. "His look is very commanding" We can't say enough, so please take a look at him yourself if he peaks your interest. He is beige with lots of white genetics, but also carries color on his maternal side through Bueno's Margarita and Little Miss Jennifer. Still just 18 micron at 2 years old, this production female has stunning fiber characteristics and elite bloodlines. She is as dense as she is fine so it's like pushing your hands into an endless pile of silk. Noire was a wonderful shocker when she was born! We bred our queen white Snowmass Don Julio daughter to our Ultimate silky herdsire Snowmass Porteus. We were thinking we might get fawn. But when this gorgeous black bundle popped out we about fell over. Now we knew that Snowmass Don Julio's Prestige had produced the World Class record breaking grey Premier's Absolute, so we knew she had color in her genetics and our gamble paid off big time. You can only imagine what this girl's fleece is like. Gorgeous handle, silky shine, dense, consistent. I'd love to keep her in our herd forever, but as Ron says "everything is for sale" so she is available. She has had one dark silver grey daughter and one true black son from a fawn herdsire. Her black gene is strong and her grey genetics are there too. I'd love to see her bred to a silver grey herdsire at some point. Due to some complications with my health, we're making our herd a more manageable size. We are going on our 14th year in the business and these alpacas represent significant research and genetic advances. I wish I could keep them all, but this is a great opportunity for a well bred Reiling Ranch alpaca at a great price. Her sire is featured in Snowmass Alpaca's Making of Champions Fiber Brochure as an example of a "Silky" alpaca. There are not many Snowmass Porteus daughters out there and she is a treasure. We never thought we'd sell her and have had her priced pretty high, until now. However, she carries genetics top and bottom that we have heavily entrenched in our herd. Her full brother is a working herdsire on our ranch with the most amazing fleece stats...lingering fineness. She has a very square build and still has excellent fleece coverage even at 5 years old and in Texas! This is an excellent chance to put a very powerful black girl in your foundation herd. She is everything! Dense, fine, consistent, good bone with coverage to her toes. She's a sweet girl and is a pleasure to have in our herd. She has given us richly colored cria that have that gorgeous silky style fleece that is our favorite. She will be sold with a breeding to any of our herdsires that you'd like. Snowmass King of Hearts is a great option based on what he's producing. Katmadu is a no brainer and we'll be struggling to make our decision! But, wait....Snowmass Lunar Challenger is another good option also and his first cria just won a color championship as a juvi! The exciting thing is that she's proven to produce black when bred to non-black herdsires, so the choices are fun! She is true black at the skin and very shiney with beautiful crimp architecture.
