The Peruvian Tin Man

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Dark Fawn
AOA# 849062DOB: 9/19/200321 yrs
The Tin Man is a Gray in disguise or better yet - a stealth Gray - or a "Gray Ghost". To top it off, his fleece towers over Grays and can even hold its own against whites. We are talking about elite fleece with The Tin Man. He offers matchstick bundling, very tiny zipper crimp, fineness and density. He really is something to get excited about. He has black gums, eyeliner and his skin is gray. He is a son of Shades of Gray and Grandson of Silverado. His Dam was brought to the US enutero from the Canadian Peruvian Importation. The Tin Man will raise the Gray genetics to higher levels by taking giant steps in progress and offers invaluable qualities for all colors . There is no reason to breed your Grays to boys who only offer color. With The Tin Man, you have it all. He has done well in the ring commanding attention and recognition in the fawn classes. He was judged by the International Judge - Amanda Vandabosh and she had nothing but rave reviews of this Herd Sire. Partnership may be considered.

FO Accoyo Catalina's Carmella

HuacayaBred (Female)Medium Brown
AOA# 850116DOB: 7/15/200321 yrs
"This female is the complete package!" These comments were from the judge that placed Carmella 1st in the ring at the Michigan Breeders Show 2004, a class of 7 juvenile brown Huacaya females. Carmella was one of the youngest. Her sire, Alianza Peruvian Choco (AOBA National gray champion) has sired yet another award winning female in Carmella. Her full Accoyo dam, Peruvian Catalina, was a top pick from the Don Julio Accoyo herd in Peru. Her micron when imported was below 19. Having birthed 4 females in a row, Catalina passes wonderful color to her cria, as evidenced by Carmella.

Description

Right from birth, Vanner offered bundles of elite crimp, rich Black fleece full of luster and tiny little matchstick bundles of super crimped fleece. Vanner carries top lines of both fleece and color behind him. He has strong Import Accoyo lines and Peruvian lines. Both his Grand Sires are Gray, champion producing boys with one being a full Alianza. Both his parents have top placement in the ring and his Sire went on to take a Champion Banner. Vanner has only been to one show so far. It was none other than the World Conference. Because of his solid blanket, his fleece was accidentally placed in the True Black Composite Class for judging. There were 15 in the class and Vanner placed 1st. When the class schedule was released the next morning, I saw that Vanner was listed in the TB class, so I had him switched to the correct class. In the Multi class, he had to compete against whites and fawns and once again, he placed 1st and then went into the ring to compete for Conformation. He took another 1st there and walked away with the Blue Ribbon for the Composite Class. Vanner is available for purchase or Partnership.
