Avatar is the future of our Industry. Just come by and take a look at this male and you will get a clear picture. Better yet, come and look at his offspring and you will know it is true. Avatar offers impeccable conformation, full coverage, amazing head with full topknot, square muzzle and strong presence. These are not only traits he possesses, these are the qualities he passes on. Avatar offers Advanced Fleece characteristics with high frequency crimp, small bundles and uniformity even down into his legs. He is extremely dense and maintains both fineness and brightness that holds its own against boys much younger in age. He proved this by placing first and then going on to take Supreme Color Champion at Farm Fair International November 2004. He also placed First and Reserve Grand Champion at the Rich Valley Show August 2005 and First in the fleece show at Alpacafest, Red Deer, 2005. All of these shows were held in Canada. 2005: AFD:20.8, SD:4.0, CV:19.2, >30:2.2 2008: AFD:23.8, SD:4.1, CV:17.2, >30:4.5 December of 2007, we had three Avatar cria old enough to take to a show (two of them just 7 months old). All three placed first in their class at the New Jersey Show 2007. Cassandra in the Beige Class, Jazz Man in the White Class and Latisha in the Multi Class. Cassandra and Jazz Man were immediately scooped up by Canada as they know these bloodlines well. Since then, Lightning took over and has represented his sire very well with a Banner at the Indiana Invitational and 1st Place at MAPACA 2008. Now, little Alexander had his debut performance at the OABA Alpacafest 2008 - and pulled off a 2nd place. Can't wait until the spring shows for him. You can see both Lightning and Alexander on their own pages. Breeding Special - $500 for Drive-by service and $1,000 for an on farm breeding.

Dam: Accoyo America Snowberry

Last Caligula Girl

Accoyo America Snowberry

HuacayaOpen (Female)White
AOA# 851814DOB: 10/14/200321 yrs
You may recognize this little beauty from the Accoyo America 2004 calendar. She was featured with her amazing mother, Mulberry, for the month of November. Mulberry is a true Maroon and has taken numerous Champion awards. She stands out no matter where she is. Like Mother - Like Daughter. Snowberry takes your breath away with just one glance. Mulberry is a 1/2 Accoyo out of Camilio and she was bred to the Great Accoyo Caligula. The result is the full Peruvian, 3/4 Accoyo, Snowberry. The last Caligula daughter. Snowberry has color backing her and her fiber will hold it's own against any from two white parents. She is an incredible girl who makes The Accoyo Plantel, Accoyo America, and her Sire, Caligula - very proud. Snowberry carries a few tell tale markings from her Dam that lets us in on her secret - she covers her Dam's color! Yes, Snowberry has a few Maroon spots that we were thrilled to find. With her black eyeliner, mouth pigment, and Maroon spots, we are sure she will be passing color on to her offspring. A Caligula daughter - Camilio Granddaughter - two top of the line Accoyos who are no longer breeding. Snowberry is a rare one indeed.

Description

Kissy's Dam is the LAST Caligula Daughter born -- and she is also the daughter of Pacific Crest Peruvian Mulberry. Mulberry is a Multiple Champion in a rich dark Maroon. Mulberry is also the daughter of Accoyo Destiny x Accoyo Camilio! Mulberry was bred to Accoyo Caligula and produced Snowberry. A white with one "Mulberry" spot on her rump. Even though she has a dark Maroon Dam, Snowberry was able to hold her own and stand at the top of her class - over and over. We took Snowberry and crossed her lines with the Alianza lines - more specifically, the Hemingway lines. The results are breathtaking and cause heads to turn as "Kissed by Avatar" walks into the pasture. With the color on both sides of her tree, I expect to pull dark color with superb fleece from Kissy. Her first breeding is included with her purchase and my recommendation would be to breed her to Yago - our 5x Gray Color Champion who is also 5/8 unrelated Accoyo!
