TRUE BLACK
EMMY'S LET R RIP
Alpaca, Huacaya, Herdsire (Male) | True Black
AOA #20008017 | DOB: 7/29/2005 (19 yrs)
Sire: DDF TOBIAS
20008017<--ari-->Lt Silver Grey<--color-->Extremely beautiful animal with dense, crimpy, and very consistant fiber. Toby has a very typey head shape that is thrown on all his crias. He is a very proud macho male, producing many fine award winning cria. UNBEATEN IN THE RING!!!!! Tobias is now co-owned with TUALATIN Valley Alpacas and Laurel Ridge Farms. He is a very sought after beautiful male that always produces wonderfully admirable cria.<--description-->
Dam: JWA Ebony Lace
20008017<--ari-->True Black<--color-->Lace is a nice sized older gal who knows her job and does it well: to produce great offspring. Her fleece still has a very fine handle to it. Lace gives birth easily, has plenty of milk, and is very attentive. She is very easy to handle. Lace has great conformation and fiber coverage.
Though she is registered as a true black, she is entirely dark silver gray. Given her gray lineage, this doesn't surprise me. Lace has been bred to our multi blue ribbon winning herdsire, Whistler's Chance de la Noche.<--description-->
Description
Rip is a tremendous power house in True Non Fading Black... His top knot is by far the most intense thing we have ever seen. He features full facial coverage and a very nice coverage from head to toe.
He is out of DDF Tobias, a well known silver grey male that has produced multiple winners and herdsires all over the country. These genetics are top of the line and we expect nothing less of Rip's cria! He is 1/2 brother of the silver grey herdsire Incan Knight, we expect to see more black and grey beauties out of this line.
He also features The Silversmith HST G452 lineage & His entire family tree is either Black or Grey!! We are looking forward to adding these intense color genes to our herd for years to come.
He placed 2nd at the Knox show in 2006 right behind Multi Champion STF Jetson in a very competitive class of 10 with judge Wade Gease. Unfortunately that was the 1 and only time he was shown.
Rip is CONSISTENTLY putting black on the ground. We used him with 7 different dams, 7 different colors and so far the results are Fab! First 5 cria were solid blacks! Then 2 awesome dark browns with black tips! Even from white females and multi color females, his color came through every time!
So if you are looking for a working male that will consistently produce black or dark color, no matter what color the female is, I think RIP is an awesome choice!
He is easy to handle, gets on well with others, and will hand bred on a lead.
Kuska has gotten many awesome cria from RIP and now it is time to pass him onto a farm wanting more black in their herd!
My hubby says we need more room in the fella barn. So far all of his cria have a very nice soft handle to their fiber. Adora has superior chunking and crimp for a black! and check out Patchouli as she is a total knock out!
His price does not reflect his quality, only our need for more space..
Great chance to get a working male at a great price!
