Gucci has been an excellent mother, delivering some awesome cria such as our Black suri alpacas, Miracle, Thunder, Cookie a pattern bred to white, as well as one white Eira. Gucci has correct conformation with fine and dense fleece. We have retired Gucci to being a fiber alpaca now. She has had several births here but she is getting older and she seems happy not being a mother any longer. She hasn't shown interest in breeding any longer. Her fiber is still very nice. Prefer she go with another pen mate or package deal. Ask us about putting you together a package deal.

Description

Cookies n Cream was such a surprise. We didn't expect this color coming from our Dam Gucci Storm and Sire Salt River's Sonic Blast. This breeding brought us a lovely white girl in 2011 so we expected the same. Cookie is a real gem. She is gentle and curious with nice solid bone and straight conformation, but then we expected that as her parents always give us great show quality animals. Cookie has dense flat lock style lock. Great for handspinners and ease of processing. She is gentle and easy to work with, she has never kicked or spit me. Cookie delivered a beautiful pattern cria May 4th, 2016 sired by our Majestic Magic Hayden. Beautiful black blanket with the same patterning as Cookie. Cookie was having trouble during labor, so Vet ended up doing a Cesarean. Vet said her uterus was covered in fibrin and he said she should not breed again. So she will live the rest of her life as a wonderful fiber girl. I've listed her as foundation female but after her last birth the Vet recommended her not to breed again so she will remain here as fiber female. She has lovely fiber. Prefer she would be sold with one or more of her pen mates. She is easy to work with and seems to like her herd. I feel separating her would be very stressful for her. At least one other girl should go with her. Preferably Maybelline or Easter.
