We are pleased to add Cinders to our breeding program at Suri Peak Alpacas. He will be an excellent match for our Coal Man daughters! With DDF Peruvian MacGyver and Accoyo Jackpot as his grandsires, Cinders is just under 40% Accoyo, and he is full Peruvian. Cinders is very lustrous with beautiful tight locks that go completely to the skin. His density is outstanding with his locks literally stacked upon each other. Cinder's fleece is also very uniform and has a very soft handle. When you consider his impressive 2009 histogram, it's no surprise. A true black suri with a comfort factor of 98.3 % is hard to find. Conformationaly, Cinders meets all the criteria for a well proportioned and balanced suri. He is a solid built male with excellent bone density and a perfect bite. His leg coverage is so good that it literally hides his toenails. Top it all off with a gorgeous suri head, and Cinders is a suri breeder's dream come true. 2012 brought a wonderful crop of Cinders' crias. They are awesome! Most are dark and all have outstanding fleece characteristics. Cinders is passing on his excellent conformation and beautiful suri head as well. Cinders is adding density and superb leg coverage to his offspring. 2013 - Cinders' skin biopsy shows a density of 67.5 which places him in the top 2% of male suris tested by Dr. Norm Evans. Dr. Evans also states that "Cinders could certainy add fineness to most suri females." Cinders' crias had an outstanding show at GWAS 2013. All four won 1st place, with SPAR's Mystique winning Reserve Champion. It was unfortunate there were not enough entries for the other 3 Cinders' offspring to compete in a championship. May 2013: We are proud to announce our co-owners in Cinders - Brad and Jandy Sprouse of Great Lakes Ranch. March 2014: Cinders daughter SPAR's Vicki's Sweetie Pea is JUDGES CHOICE at AOBA National Show.

Lustrous Coal Man Daughter!

SPAR's Lovely Lucille

SuriBred (Female)Beige
AOA# 31469791DOB: 4/17/200915 yrs
SPAR's Lovely Lucille, aka Lucy, is a beautiful beige female with high luster and excellent locking. Her fleece has an extremely soft handle. No wonder with her impressive histogram. Lucy has a beautiful suri head and a very sweet personality. She is just beginning her show career, and has started off well winning 2 blue ribbons. Lucy comes from a champion dam and has several champion siblings from her true black sire, Suri Peak's Coal Man. With her black skin, gums and toenails, Lucy is very likely to produce black offspring when bred to black. Lucy's first cria out of MacLuster is a beige female we have named SPAR's Chai-Chai. She has beautiful luster and is the finest suri ever produced here at the ranch. Lucy gave birth to her second cria October 2012, a true black male out of Cinders, confirming that she indeed can produce color! We have named him SPAR's Cinder's Connor. He is a stunning male with awesome luster, density and locking. Lucy had a medium fawn male out of Cinders in May 2014. Look for SPAR's Barranca at 2015 shows.

Description

SPAR's Cinders Connor has beautiful fleece with a high degree of luster and excellent lock structure. His fleece is dense and has a nice soft handle. Connor's histogram should be an impressive one. His dam, SPAR's Lovely Lucille, is beige and has a lustrous, fine uniform fleece. She is a Coal Man daughter. Lucy's first cria, SPAR's MacLuster's Chai-Chai, had one of the most uniform fine fleeces we have seen in a while. It was our hope that breeding Lovely Lucille to Cinders might produce a black cria with those same superb fleece qualities. We were delighted with the results when Connor was born. So delighted that Lovely Lucille will be rebred to Cinders in 2013 and had an amazing fawn female in 2014!
