Dam: Tandela
8494132<--ari-->Dark Fawn <--color-->Offered for the first time. Tandela is a two-time AOBA blue-ribbon winner for her fleece and a daughter of The Last Don. She imparts the same silky fine brightness into all her crias fleeces. Her latest is a Dark Brown male who's first micron count measured AFD 16.3, SD:3.5,CV:21.7, CF:100, CRVE:26.0. Her white 2005 cria measured: AFD 17.7, SD:3.8, CV 21.4, CF: 99.7. Tandela throws the color of the sire so you can breed for color or high quality whites. Tandela sells with a breedback to either our Two-time AOBA winner Onyx de Mico or Kryptonite's Choas (first true black son of Crescent Moon's Kryptonite). Her first shearing resulted in 9.2 lbs of "buttery" fleece (firsts and seconds).<--description-->
Description
Champ will be moving to Whispering Willows Alpacas in Indiana in Oct. 2009. Get your breedings before he leaves.
UPDATE: FIRST CRIA BORN 5/21/09 A FAWN FEMALE OUT OF A WHITE DAM WAY TO GO CHAMP. SECOND CRIA BORN 6/1/09 A FAWN MALE OUT OF A WHITE DAM. NO WHITE SPOTS ON EITHER CRIA
HIS BROTHER IS THE RENOWNED MR. ROOSEVELT OF CRESENT MOON RANCH. This is a beautiful male. His fleece is dense, crimpy and baby soft. His fleece just shines in the sun and is the most gorgeous fawn color. Champ has excellent conformation and has proven himself a great breeder. Champ is a multiple ribbon winner. Champ's bloodlines are great with Andrajo as his father who has produced many colored champions but who is white. We are hoping Champ can pass color and crimp onto his crias. He is a very easy going male and isn't agressive with our females though he is interested. He would make someone a great uncle as well as a herdsire as he is gentle with all the other animals.
