Cindy Negen of Monaco Pines Alpaca Ranch stated, "Momilani is a very solid dark female with excellent bone structure, compact head, silky fleece, and long staple length. Her Dam line has both black and silver with a little full peruvian thrown in. Her sire line is a full brother to Snowmass Nova. Her Dam, LRA Kiara, line has both black and silver with a little full peruvian thrown in." We could not agree more! We looked for Nova genetics that we could bring into this line and were happy it has been with Momilani. What Cindy did not say enough about was Momilani's outstanding conformation. She is well proportioned from legs, body, and neck and head with exceptional solid teeth set, straight tail, well formed ears, and an impeccable straight back line. She has a rock solid gait with outstanding leg set. Over this frame she has developed a very dense, uniform, and solid colored bay black fleece with consistent handle. She has the most pleasant dispostion quiet yet full of energy. Tasha was purchased primarily for her pedigree sporting Misty Ridge Altair's Sharif. We had the pleasure of seeing Altair and Sharif at the Spring Bling a few years back presented by London Dairy Alpacas, Wade Gease as an exceptional herd sire in fawn and black respectively. The things we remember were the outstanding architecture, staple length, density, and fineness on very well conformed frames. We are reminded of that architecture and arising staple length we already see in Tasha and found Cindy Negen of Monaco Pines Alpaca Ranch's description spot on with an exceptional description that fit her to a tee. There was no disappointment upon meeting Tasha based upon Cindy's description. Tasha delivered an exact replica of herself times three. The first had the mapof the Americas stamped on her face. The second had the Australian Continent, New Zealand, and Tasmania. The third born in 2017 had the Chinese Continent. She simply produces a little bit of the world with each one. 7-30-2019 delivered a TB male by way of AVC AJ's Kodiak.
