We entered Wasake and Iohitika for this competition and found we were the only entry who used separate males in the breedings. We are not saying that she did not deserve this placing, simply that same male and female in the pairing certainly produce more consistent results. The other three pairs were white which told us we have a bit more breeding to level off the playing field with white and black fleeced alpacas.
