Description

Snowmass Matrix Joy has an exquisitely fine and dense, soft handling fleece which is no surprise coming from her lineage. Joy has a very extensive pedigree with some of Snowmass Alpacas' Julie Skinner's most proven Elite genetic lines to back her up. Skin biopsy at 4yo: 84 follicles/sq mm; S/P 16.5/1; 10% medullated secondaries; secondaries 19.8 microns Joy had a female white/light fawn Ringo cria 12-1-2014. Her name is Tuscany Valley's Rose Snow Cloud. Proof again that Ringo throws color from white-black! See her 5mo old picture and fleece. Joy was bred to our stunning Picasso's Peruvian Spotted Clown for an early December 2016 cria; she had a lovely LIGHT APPALOOSA female cria!! She had to have a C-section and should not be rebred as she have had a couple of very difficult births in the past. Unfortunate as she ranked in the top 3% of EPD's in 2015. She would be an excellent fiber/companion animal.
