AOA# 30521155DOB: 1/10/200816 yrs
2017 Yep turning Dark Silver Grey!! Anka's Sire Peruvian Francisco is co-owned by Derwydd Alpacas and Crescent Moon Alpacas. We were honored to get our hands on this amazing herdsire. Francisco had cria on the ground that we were able to see and when Anka follows in his footsteps look out Ohio!! Anka brings to a breeding program a slightly broader crimp that is true black, bright with unbelievable amazing fineness. Conformation perfect with his beautiful head. His bone is big and solid and his balance is a site to watch. If you need finesse and staple length, Anka is your guy! (he feels like butter, weightless) Adding in the bloodlines of 5Peruvian Royal Inca Legend 9058, Aladdin of KPR, and 6Peruvian The Saint 5009IMPR98. Anka's Dam is 6Peruvian Cucrucho and carried a micron less than 24 at the age of 15, Dale say's she is irreplaceable. Need staple? Need fineness? Need conformation? You need Anka. What can you say about a herdsire that every cria he has helped create has been sold, gotta love guys like this!

Duke of Wakeman's Lady Shyloh

HuacayaOpen (Female)Dark Fawn
AOA# 32171556DOB: 9/7/201113 yrs
1st Place & Highest Score in Color Group Results are in from Gold Country Gathering Alpaca Spin Off. Shyloh takes the 1st Place Blue Ribbon and Highest Score in her Color Group!! Just looked at Shyloh's fleece...all I can say is AMAZING.....ask for a sample you will so happy you did if you are looking for a dark fawn female. She is finer this year, her staple length is longer, her density is better, her crimp structure is tight and bundles beautifully. Duke has put his mark on this little girl and Shyloh keeps getting better and better! You will love this female! Shyloh came into the world on September 7, 2011, unassisted. She was up and running within minutes. She wears Dark Fawn Fleece that is tight, crimpy, dense and consistent'. Who is her Daddy? Our own Michelangelo's Duke of Wakeman, he continues to put his fleece structure, density and bone on every cria he has sired...what makes a herdsire? A male that can consistently improves every dam with a stunning cria....not an easy task for a herdsire since there are some amazing females out there. But Duke has done just that. The judges comments in both shows were consistent crimp skin to tip, density and what kept in her second place was was fineness...so we have just the herdsire for Shyloh, our own Derwydd Francisco's Anka, his 2013 fleece feels like butter, you cannot feel the fleece between your fingers. Anka will allow the density and crimp structure to remain and bring in the fineness that Shyloh's crias will need to set them apart in the show ring. Love her...Got to Have Her...Call me and ask for a fleece sample you will love what you receive. Pick your herdsire! Price includes: Breeding Breed back 45 days board with ultrasounds all her ribbons and fleece!

Description

OK where did this little mystery come from? We bred Anka- TB to Shyloh- DF because the judges comments on Shyloh (the female taking first was a little finer and our Anka is extremely fine.) So after the phone call came in that Shyloh had her cria, and after the shock of the color! Where did this color come from? UMMMM not sure except back on mom's side you will find some white! As we all know in this business, and what I continue to share with boarders and breeders, breed for the best fleece, improving your Dam .....color optional! So who is Anka's Mystic Captain Storm, he is adorable!! We had him shorn at just 10 days old because he was so dense, his fleece is bright white and with the coloring in the parents background I was looking for various fibers in different colors, none that I can see! His crimp is coming in tight and maintaining the fineness we knew this pairing should create with over 4 inches of staple length. Looked at Storm again on 1/31/2015 and his fleece is bright, dense, fine with the tiny crimp structure our broader females need bred too. Is he a herdsire, I like what I am seeing! His background includes: Peruvian Francisco, Aladdin of KPR, 5Peruvian Royal Inca Legend, 6Peruvian the Saint, Michelangelo's Duke of Wakeman, El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo, PCA Accoyo El Nino, PPeruvian Caligula...what color will he produce??? Should be fun! Storm is 15/16 Peruvian and 1/16 Chilean. Is Storm the future herdsire of your farm? Come and meet him and you decide. We had two little boys this year Mr.. Aristotle's Captain A J. and Anka's Mystic Captain Storm and with no other little boys on the farm, we want to move the males together. See package pricing!! Or make an offer we can't refuse to move the boys together.
