2010 MAPACA Jr HERDSIRE of the YEAR Sheer Galaxy is the most advanced fleece on our farm. It is considerably dense, consistent, and has brightness like no other. It is so lustrous it can just about reflect moon beams! Additionally, his frame is idea - nice and square with large bone and a very correct jaw set. Sheer Galaxy has enjoyed a terrific start in the show ring and has won acclaim from some of our industries best judges. Their comments include… Mike Safley at 2006 NY Alpaca Extravaganza: absolutely beautiful, bright fleece; nothing to improve upon here; couldn't ask for a nicer animal. Wade Gease at 2006 Ohio AlpacaFest: correct from every angle; very nice frame; extremely consistent; bountiful brightness; look of satin with a silky feel. A.L.Paca's Helix Galaxy sells at Breeders Edge Auction for $87,000 at 6 months of age. His offspring has taken several Judge's Choice awards.
