Chino is a National Blue Ribbon winning blend of quality Chilean and Peruvian bloodlines. Chino's father, Polaris, was a Blue Ribbon winner at CABA 1999. Polaris' sire is the legendary Hemingway and his dam is Ppperuvian Impatiens who won Produce of Dam at CABA 2000. Chino's own dam Mia, was originally from Alpacas de la Patagonia and was chosen for her exceptionally strong, straight conformation and her glossy blue-black fleece. His dam Mia's sire is MacIntosh. Macintosh, (owned by Pacific Crest Alpacas) is well known for winning 5 first place ribbons in the 1996 AOBA National Fleece Show, including Black Huacaya 1st Place, Best Luster, Spinner's choice and Cottage Industry's Choice. Learn more about Chino's bloodlines at his webpage- http://alpacasofalagaesia.com/Chino.htm Chino's dense fiber is cobweb fine with an unbelievable micron count of 14.4 (YES, I REALLY said 14.4!!!) and a CF of 100% and this is all from his second shearing at over 1 and a half years old! He has coverage from his toes up to that cute fuzzy face and also has nice vicuna style crimp all the way up into his top knot and his fiber even has great bundling! Just when you think his fiber can't get much better...it DOES! Part his fleece and you can see wonderful brightness which helps add to his very luxurious feel. Chino is "refining" our fleeces with his exceptional vicuna style fineness! He is throwing phenotype in addition to the wonderful fiber to give you ADORABLE AND fine cria! Chino's cria are rich with beautiful color, with cria from light fawn to dark brown, maroon, and even silver grey! No matter the color, he is stamping all of his cria with crimpy, fine and bright fiber! Even in the darkest of colors Chino is prepotent in passing on his ROYAL FINENESS! Check out his offspring Heartbreaker (15.8 AFD Dark Brown) and Ebony Masterpiece (16.6 AFD in True Black)!!! Chino is the hidden treasure here at Alagaesia! We wouldn't give him up for the world but are willing to share these awesome qualities with you and your herd. We have discounted Chino's stud fee again this year to help our fellow alpaca farms out (and CHINO too!). His stud service pricing is only $1,500 for 2015! We offer a 100% guarantee with purchased breedings to our herdsires. If you are not 100% satisfied you can breed back for FREE!!! Do you have a ribbon winning female? Then you qualify for EXTRA DISCOUNTS!!!!!

HRAZ Peaches and Cream

Peaches is very much loved on our farm but in my efforts to focus on color I have decided to offer her for sale. If interested you may want to bid on her before I change my mind!!! She is HERE!!! We are so excited for the arrival of Peaches from CO! We can't thank Diana Timmerman enough for allowing us to bring Peaches here! We are honored to have one of her beautiful alpacas in our program!! Peaches will be in our foundation core of females. Coming from bloodlines like Legacy and Drambuie, we think she will add some nice variety and compliment what we have VERY well! Besides her Elite genetics, Peaches histogram also impressed me with an extremely low CV of only 15.5! That is consistency! Peaches is a well proportioned large girl with a nice big frame. Her fleece has a lovely feel and her newest histogram will be coming but in 2008 she has boasted a histogram of: 22.2 AFD; 3.4 SD; 15.5% CV; 1.7%>30 Comfort Factor 98.3%. I have bred her to Crescent Moon's Casablanca, son of Accoyo Elite and top 1% EPD standing herdsire! Male or female, this cria will be to die for!!! Pedigree Sneak Peak: Accoyo Legacy, Peruvian Drambuie, The Goldsmith

Description

Mo is awesome! That is about the best way to sum it up!! Yes, he was just born but this boys is straight and square, has a GORGEOUS head, popcorn-like fiber with extreme crimp at the root, genetics for lasting royal-baby fineness, ...you see what I mean??!! At 5 months old Mo is developing just as planned! LOVELY, dense crimp on a long staple, from nose to toes. The handle on his fleece is slick and buttery with ROYAL Fineness just like his daddy. His head is picture perfect as well and his conformation is a 10 out of 10. I have to make plans to get this boy shown!!! I plan on keeping half interest at least in Mo and his brother Al to eventually replace Chino as he is getting older (even though his fleece still screams ROYAL BABY!!). If you would be interested in co-owning Mo with me let me know!! Pedigree snapshot: MacIntosh, Hemingway, Legacy, Drambuie, It is with a very heavy heart that I share that Mo passed away 1-30-14 after suffering an injury that cracked a rib and punctured his heart. :( My sweet boy will be missed very much.
