Snowmass Royal Star brings unique, fine fiber producing genetics to Ohio. To the best of our knowledge, there is no other Snowmass Royal Rose son standing in Ohio. Come join us in adding these SUPERIOR genetics to your herd.
Snowmass Royal Rose is the sire of such notables as Snowmass XXXtreme ($4500 fee), Snowmass Royal Challenger ($5000 fee), CCNF Royal Ring of Fire ($5000 fee), and the list goes on. That puts Royal Star in good company.
Lingering Fineness: At 9 years of age, Snowmass Royal Star maintains a 23 micron. In fact, his micron has only changed 1 point in 4 years!
Density: A skin biopsy done at 4 years of age reveals an above average density, with 54.4 follicles SQ MM and an S/P ratio of 11.2 to 1. Norm Evans notes that Royal Star's subaceous glands are superior which means BRIGHTNESS.
Snowmass Royal Star was purchased by Wade Gease and Kevin Stoer of LondonDairy Alpacas at the 2006 Snowmass Auction. Since that time, he has sired 35 offspring, ranging in color from white to dark brown. They have incredible bone structure, complete coverage, and long staple lengths. They are maintaining fineness as well.
Wade states, "He has given us everything he was meant to bring to us. His offspring have had some of our leading fineness reports (17-19 microns)."

THIS IS A FABULOUS OFFERING. CARMEN HAS BEEN BRED TO OUR LINGERING FINENESS HERDSIRE, SNOWMASS ROYAL STAR.
WE'LL EVEN SWEETEN THE DEAL AND LET YOU CHOOSE HER BREEDING FOR 2012. CHOOSE FROM SNOWMASS ROYAL STAR, SSF PERUVIAN PABLO, OR TCS GABRIEL. ALL ARE OUTSTANDING CHOICES FOR CARMEN.
Carmen delivered a beautiful white female cria on 5/24/11! Take a look at TCS Peruvian Blanca. She had no trouble with her delivery and is a wonderfully attentive mother. Her daughter, Blanca, sold at 7 months of age.
Carmen is one of the last registered daughters of 5Peruvian Inca's Ransom and is a half sister to Evander and Honeybelle (Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah's Dam!) Talk about good lineage.
Her 2011 Certified Sorted Record scores are 7 for brightness, 7 for uniformity of crimp style, and 6 for density. These mirror her statistics from 2010. She has nice uniformity between her primary and secondary fibers with a 3.5" - 4" staple length.
She also has great bone structure and exhibits pleasing fiber coverage from head to toe.
