2013 Update: HIS CRIA CONTINUE TO WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS! A male offspring has won three Judge's Choice Awards this spring in three shows (including Level V!) Look at his offspring as you go thru the spring show circuits...including AOBA Nationals and Futurity! His grey offspring are spectacular enough for the Blue Ribbon at the prestigious AOBA Nationals and Futurity shows and have won multiple Color Champions again! Two grey offspring took BOTH COLOR AND RESERVE COLOR CHAMPION GREY FEMALES in a recent show! No other full Accoyos can boast this rare quality! Progeny Championships in white, fawn, brown, and greys! Sired by the now deceased El Nino (one of Accoyo Caligula's best offspring. El Nino was the 2004 AOBA Get of Sire, and was the 2005 Light Futurity Herdsire of the Year!). With El Nino's recent passing, Michelangelo has become one of his most prepotent progeny! To lose such a legendary macho in his prime makes the genetics of his top offspring even more critical to a well thought out serious breeding program. Michelangelo has that extremely dense fine high amplitude crimp, and an incredibly even "peach colored" fawn fleece. In late 2005 Dr. Norm Evans did a skin biopsy of this spectacular male, and he had a follicle density of an amazing 115 follicles/mm! (Post-calibration results were adjusted to 107 follicles/mm) His S/P ratio was an astounding 13.28/1! These are still unheard of statistics, and he PASSES THEM ON! Michelangelo will split time between Lakada Farm and Cameo Rose Alpacas, our new co-owner!

The first son, Michelangelo’s Superior, out of El Nino’s Accoyo Michelangelo. Her cria, Superior won a blue ribbon received 1st place in Northwest Alpaca Showcase 2014, Light Fawn Juvenile. Judge Diana Timmerman said Superior has a typy head and uniform, dense and fine fleece. The second son, Sunny Accoyo Seine, out of Mary's Accoyo Royal Beowulf. She is a great attentive mom with easy birth and plenty of milk. She is healthy and robust on a solid square frame. She has a wonderful temperament and glorious fleece that demonstrates blinding luster, density and staple as well as well-defined crimp. Description

We are so excited with Superior, a medium fawn full Accoyo male cria out of El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo! He has rolling skin on his neck, showing a great potential for a dense fleese, just like his mother!! When Spuperior was born, I was so thrilled to see his fawn-color head and front legs come out. I could guess right away the baby was a boy. Gorgeous! There is no other word to describe this baby. His fleece, color, conformation and health are just perfect. His sire, Michelangelo, is one of the finest full Accoyo males in the US and is El Nino's son. He is one of the top Accoyo herdsires! His dam, Spumoni, is also special when understanding her genetics and how very much they have to offer. As you can see, Superior is packed with powerhouse genetics of Caligula, El Nino, and Michelangelo along with Royal Fawn! EPDs 2017; FW; 73 of 22,959 Top 0.32% 1. 90 days free boarding 2.
