Looking to outcross your Macgyver bloodline females?
Here is the answer! Diane Beaver at Alpaca Ventures described Claytonite as the best male offspring produced on her farm by Cantano of Peru. Claytonite is now owned by Marie Brown of New Horizons Suri Alpacas (Patti's mom) and is standing stud at the Wild Rose Suri Ranch. He carries the same rare color as his sire, that deep, dark maroon that glistens with a purple tinge of color. Claytonite represents breeding diversity and the ability to combine the best genetics for color and fleece. He is the perfect choice for those looking for top dark maroon males to breed to Macgyver daughters and granddaughters.
Claytonite has fantastic coverage and density. His fleece regrowth has been exceptional and has come back uniformly curled and locked across his body. (See photo) His beautiful color is consistent across his body with high luster. Claytonite's head is very typey with a shorter nose, and beautiful dense locking all over his face, topknot, cheeks, and beard. This stunning male offers exciting possibilities with his rare color and bloodlines. See his beautiful maroon crias for sale!

Dam: WRSR Kilimanjaro's Giselle
32412468<--ari-->White<--color-->Giselle is one of our foundation females, and one of the last daughter of WRSR Kilimanjaro, winner of the most fleece awards (7) at a show since 2002, with his record still standing. Giselle has density, high luster, uniform rick-rack or wavy type locking that is ideal for processing into beautiful products. Her dam, CPeruvian Lena, has one of the finest fleeces on the farm, and at the age of 14 still had one of the finest fleeces. We used ALL her fiber, even lower leg, each year and every year.
Giselle had a great show record, winning 2 White Color Championships, 5 1sts, and a 2nd. She is heavy-boned, and an excellent dam. She birthed Jackson, her first cria easily, and provided excellent mothering and plenty of milk. Giselle has proven that she can pass color when bred to a colored sire. She has a great future ahead of her at our farm!<--description-->
Description
Solid deep maroon, excellent conformation, and a fantastic fleece! Jackson has everything to offer your females and your farm with his background genetics of Cantano, Accoyo Baron, and Kilimanjaro. He comes from a long line of solid performing winners in the show ring and fleece shows. Jackson's coverage is excellent, too, with fiber covering his ears, cheeks, and down to his toes. He has a beautiful dense, but individually locked top knot. Jackson was awarded Brown Suri Male Color Champion in his 2nd fleece at the 2013 Buckeye Alpaca Show!
Jackson's dam is Giselle, one of our newest foundation females, and the last daughter of WRSR Kilimanjaro, winner of the most fleece awards (7) at a show since 2002, with his record still standing.
Jackson's sire, Claytonite, is almost purple in color - that very rare deep purple maroon not often seen even in the show ring. Claytonite passes on his deep coloring, as well as wonderful fleece characteristics of wavy locks, tremendous fiber coverage, and density to his offspring. Claytonite has produced deep maroons, blacks, fawns, and even a white.
Jackson was sold, then gelded when he and another were constantly fighting. I got him back and put him in with my males. Jackson gets along with my male herd of 12 and he is great with people and handling. He produces a beautiful fleece each year that spinners love.
