Sweet Suri Magnolia

SuriOpen (Female)Light Fawn
AOA# 31769013DOB: 7/13/201014 yrs
Magnolia originates from the well-known Sweet Briar Suri breeding program and is 3/4 Accoyo bloodlines. She is the grand daughter of Accoyo Crown Royal, Sweet Briar's signature male and top herd sire. Her dam is a Crown Royal daughter, and her sire is Jax Accoyo Suri Star, a premier herd sire from Alpaca Jack's Suri Farm. She has an extremely soft fleece and excellent fineness, shearing 7.5 lb in 2014 with a 6.5" length. The fleece is very soft, uniform and is wonderfully easy to hand spin, producing an amazing softness to the yarn. She was acquired over a year ago and has since delivered her 1st female cria, Flower Child, who also has a very soft and high luster fleece, with layered architecture outlining her density. She has a curious disposition and gets along well with the other alpacas. Magnolia was confirmed pregnant via ultrasound to WRSR Serengeti by Razor, a 4X Color Champion with an AFD of 19.1, but reabsorbed her pregnancy at 122 days during the January cold weather. She comes with a complementary breeding to any Wild Rose herd sire and up to 45 days of board + confirming ultrasound. Live birth guarantee! We recommend re-breeding her to Serengeti. Come visit her at Wild Rose Suri Ranch in Havre de Grace, MD. Contact Patti at 443-740-4240 for more information or to schedule a visit.

Description

Flower child is the 1st cria of Sweet Suri Magnolia, and has reproduced her very fine fleece, but with architecture and density. Her incredibly soft locks form layers, giving her a more lofty appearance, but she is just packed with very fine fiber. Flower child has correct conformation and an easy-going personality, with a curious nature. She is halter broken and easy to handle. What is exciting about her is her lineage and potential to produce a wide range of colors, thanks to her sire, SBS Stingray, who has an incredible lineup of blacks, browns, and appaloosas in the background. Flower Child should prove to be an exciting producer, with very desirable fleece for the shows and handspinners. Flower Child comes with the option for a discounted breeding to any Wild Rose Suri Ranch herd sire for only $750. Contact Patti at 443-740-4240 for more information and to schedule a visit.
