Nievo has been a favorite of mine from the very beginning. He is a large stately male who is absolutely covered with fiber of very nice length. To date he has more than 16 crias on the ground. He has passed on his tremendous coverage to all of them! He is the half brother of the very well known Accoyo Bizcocho and Collin's Princeton. The crias he thros are all of a nice strong size. He has an even temperament and is an easy keeper. Very nice qualities to have when keeping alot of males. Nievo is now retired.

I've nicknamed her "The Queen". Her attitude preceeds her. Her soft fiber has great uniformity and high frequency crimp from shoulder to hip! Her first cria (a rose gray with absolutely incredible fiber) was sold at the 2007 Alpacas of America auction, taking a first at the International Alpaca Odyssey. With six crias to date she has proven her worth as a solid foundation female adding fineness and uniformity and a wonderful herdsire, The Rajah, to our herd. The Queen is now retired and living out her life in luxury!

Description

One of the things we love about Poppy's sire, Accoyo Nievo Diamante, is that he has such a wonderful temperament and so do his cria. She is no exception. She has coverage from head to toe and is exhibiting some nice fiber characteristics. As she is maturing, I see quite a bit of her sire in her conformation and fiber!
