Just Another Note is a beautiful white, full Peruvian, 3/4 Accoyo female. She was the first female we purchased and she has proven time after time what a great choice she was! A Santiago daughter and Bruxo Granddaughter on her dam's side, JAN is very dense with full coverage. She has given us nine gorgeous crias which have all done well in the show ring. Three champion and/or reserve champion offspring, and the others placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the highly competitive white classes. Now we are getting all of her grandchildren, greats and great greats into the show ring and they are doing fantastic! Update: Jan had a beautiful, white, male cria named Follow Me! He will definitely be on our spring show string - perfect little suri head, complete with beard. Nice coverage and very dense! UPDATE: Follow Me wows the judges at Mapaca and Paoba with 1st place in very large, competetive white classes!! He also managed to pull in the Reserve Championship banner at PAOBA and was shown in our Breeders Best Three group which also won 1st Place!! Note: ALL THREE shown alpacas - are related to Just Another Note! Son - Follow Me, Grandson - Butch Cassidy, and Great Grandaughter - Lady of the Lake! Butch Cassidy, a two time Champion, placed 1st and Champion at OABA and PAOBA, 1st at Mapaca, and 1st and Judges Choice in the PAOBA fleece show. Lady placed 1st at both Mapaca, PAOBA, and Champion at OABA - a great testimony to Just Another Note and proves that her great genetics are passed on to each new generation! Jan is retired and not for sale, but her offspring and their offspring are sometimes available. Check our current listings for her grandson Dallas and great, great grandson Lambeau! Both have been shown doing very well in the spring 2014 shows. Lambeau received a blue in the White Juvie class at PAOBA (no Championships) and Dallas received a Blue and Reserve Champion in the Light(LightFawn/Beige)Class at Paoba. Dallas also won 1st at Mapaca with a close look for Reserve from Judge Wade Gease at barely 6 months old! UPDATE 2015: Both Dallas and Lambeau outdid themselves in 2015 - Dallas was Champion at Mapaca and Lambeau was Reserve Champion! Lambeau has a been sold, however, Dallas is still available for the discerning buyer!

Description

AUCTION TIME HAS RUN OUT BUT WE STILL NEED TO MOVE FOLLOW ME TO A FARM THAT CAN USE HIM! FOLLOW WAS ON THE AUCTION FOR A NO RESERVE $2000 BASE BID AND HAD AN ENORMOUS NUMBER OF LOOKS - IF YOU WERE ONE OF THE LOOKERS MAKE AND OFFER AND LET'S SEE IF WE CAN MAKE A DEAL!! Because we have based our breeding program around his dam's bloodlines, we have very few unrelated females we could ever breed him to and therefore are willing to part with this beautiful male. Follow should be ready to start his breeding career this fall! Since we are unable to use him, we would love to see Follow Me take his place at an active breeding farm. Please feel free to make any offer! NOTE: NOT Full Peruvian. Follow Me is 15/16ths Peruvian, but perhaps it is that 1/16th Bolivian blood that makes him extra special! And he surely is extraordinary. Just home from his first show, Follow Me took the Blue in his very first show, the Mapaca Jubilee!! The youngest in his very competitive class of 15, we were happy to hear the judge comment that all he needed to take home the Champion banner is grow up! Follow Me is the son of our best foundation dam, Just Another Note, who has consistently given us our very best crias. Follow's fiber has luster that is simply eyepopping and he is perhaps the densest cria we've had born on the farm. Add to that his very stylish suri head and perfect conformation and I think we have a Champion in the making. UPDATE: 2011 Paoba Breeders Showcase - Follow Me wins 1st and Reserve Champion! (Champion went to his two year old nephew, our own Butch Cassidy!) Judge Kevin O'Leary commented that he was the "whole package" - luster, got it, density, got it, independent lock structure, got it, conformation, got it, suri phenotype, got it!! Follow was also a member of our Breeder's Best Three team which won a 1st place. Butch and Lady joined Follow Me in that effort! UPDATE: 2012 show wins include 1st Place at North American Alpaca Show and 1st Place at Mapaca Jubilee!
