Full Peruvian, 5/8 Accoyo, Luke is the son of Kilimanjaro and carries the Accoyo Bruxo, Baron and Santiago lines. Luke is super dense and shears over 9 pounds of 8.5 inch fiber annually! Luke's heavy bone and solid conformation have kept him in the spotlight both on the farm and in the showring. We believe Luke has what it takes to lead a new generation of North American Suri Alpacas. Luke's first cria has hit the show ring with great results! Lulu has taken 3rd place ribbons in her first two shows! At the Indiana Alpaca Invitational, she was third place, standing just behind the Champion and Reserve Champion females, both out of Crowne Royale and ahead of girls carrying bloodlines of Inca, Rocko,and Belmonte! In N.Carolina, Lulu's 3rd put her ahead of both a Boilermaker and a Camion daughter. We are thrilled to be able to hold our own with such highly regarded offpring of well known sires! Watch for Lulu and the rest of his younger crias in the fall show string. Update: Luke's son, Butch Cassidy is a two time Champion, as a previously shorn yearling - the first at OABA, against a field of outstanding males, the second at Paoba, where he helped our Breeders Best Three group to first place AND took first place and Judges Choice in the fleece show as well!! Update: Luke has given us many wonderful crias, including his Champion son, Butch Cassidy! Due to the fact that he is now related to most of our females, we are offering Luke for sale or lease. Description

We knew Butch was something special the minute he was born and he has only gotten better with age! Sporting his sire's (PLA Cool Hand Luke) heavy bone, perfect conformation and density, Butch has proven himself in the show ring. At the 2010 Mapaca Jubilee, he placed 4th in his juvenile class. Once shorn, we began to really sit up and take notice as he started to mature. We just returned from the 2010 OABA Alpacafest where the quality of white suri males is always exceptional and competition is extreme. Butch not only took first place in his previously shorn yearling class, but also managed to take the Championship under Judge Kathy Klay! We are so excited to have one of the few previously shorn alpacas to win a championship! Judges remarks included his size, conformation, heavy bone, re-growth, fineness and density appropriate for his fineness. Also mentioned were his amazing uniformity of lock and micron. It's always nice to place well in shows, but is especially nice to have won the Championship as a previously shorn animal - especially when you consider the high level of competion in this group! This outstanding group of white males included 5 Full Accoyos, and offspring from noted herdsires including Nolan Ryan, Torbio, and 3 Crown Royale sons! He also took home the Blue Ribbon in Bred and Owned Yearling Class, 1st in the Fleece Show(also Judges Choice - score 92.5!) and was a shown animal for our 1st Place Breeders Best Three Group! What a great way to end a show career!!
