Ruby has awesome fiber, a deep mahogany color that doesn't fade with very little guard hair on her chest and no guard hair in the blanket. She has her mother's density and staple. My handspinner friends all want to have her fiber during shearing time. Her stature is like her great grandfather, NWA, Ltd, The Lone Ranger, a full Chilean import who had royal presence. Her first birth was uneventful, throwing an Appaloosa out of PR Snowstorm's PR Pinnacle (who sired 2 other multi-colored cria this year). She is a very good mother.

Description

Zabba's daddy (PR Snowstorm's Pinnacle) makes super fine bright fiber, and this baby has that too. His fiber has filled out with our usual density and staple (almost 5"), plus the lessening of guard hair that we breed for on our herd. This is a very nice boy, and would be a great addition to your fiber herd. The unusual color is spinning into a nice light (heathered) beige. I don't show my animals, but this boy could win ribbons! His genetics are superb, but we can't use him. I will register him for the sale.
