Most of the crias are dark like Midnight as well as correct conformation and fiber is very crimpy and dense. His show record proves he's one of the most impressive colored males in the country. Now he's proving it with his crias. Midnight's crias keep winning in the show ring... His first cria of 2005 is a silver gray female, Tangled Up In Blue. She is a multiple blue ribbon winner as well as a Reserve Color Champion at TxOLAN in 2006. She took blue for her sumptious fleece at the '08 AOBA fleece show! His son, Xanadu After Hours, has taken the show ring by storm, he is now a 3x Reserve Color Champion and multiple blue ribbon winner! His daughter, Little Shana's Brandy, is a multiple blue ribbon winner with a 14.7 micron fleece! His son, Midnight'z Orinoco, is a 4x Champion as well as Best in Show and Judges award for Best Crimp! His son, Double Black Diamond, won Reserve Color Champion at NM State Fair! We are very happy with what Midnight is producing! Now in 2009, his son Michealangelo ('08 cria) won a blue ribbon at the A-OK Blastoff, his very first show! You can see in the picture of Michealangelo's fleece that he has a high frequency crimp but what the picture doesn't show is the fineness, the uniformity, density, and an incredibly bright absolutely gorgeous fleece! Midnight has great size, fluid motion, heavy bone and a great head to compliment his deeply crimped and uniform fleece, high brightness, density and defined locks. We're delighted to offer his services and use him too. 'Round Midnight is owned by Masterpiece Alpacas and Swisher Creek Farm. Her grandad is Patagonia's Danko. She is the perfect typey conformation and head. Her fiber is lustrous and dense. June 2005 Kumbya delivered a down right gorgeous black female cria, Montenegra, who as a yearling won Reserve Color Champion! October 2006 Kumbya birthed a black female cria out of 'Round Midnight. She is an excellent mother with good milk and mothering skills. After taking one look at Masterpiece Carol we immediately bred Kumbya back to Midnight.
