KCF The Lone Ranger

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)True Black
AOA# 31543231DOB: 11/3/200816 yrs
Ranger is the son of CCNF Cameron, the multiple champion true black herdsire that has one of the top three black fleeces that we have ever seen in our years in the business. We rarely buy breedings to unproven males, but we were in line when he opened up. Crossed with our best black female, Black Opal, we got exactly the fleece we were looking for. There is nothing lacking; fine, bright, dense, and structured. We also got a few things we didn't entirely expect, like the white accents, but hey, if he is puting his fleece on girls, we can work with that! Of his first eight cria, seven are solid dark brown or black, and one is a beautiful patterned gray out of a gray dam.

KCF Calypso

HuacayaBred (Female)Dark Silver Grey
AOA# 30602960DOB: 9/27/200717 yrs
Here we have a girl that truely has everything going for her. The Champion pedigree making her related to over a hundred banner winners. A two time Champion herself to go along with five first place finishes. A history of producing ribbon winning offspring in black and gray. A breeding on board to our multi champion gray herdsire (co-owned with Stoney Acres) Sir Devin. And to top it off she is due right now with that breeding and will come bred back to any of our herdsires to complete the phenominal three in one package. Calypso's dam, our own MFI Peruvian Accent, is certainly a key ingrediant here. At the age of 15, Accent has a 24.2 micron fleece. Accent is also the dam of our Captain Jack Sparrow, Savvy, Carribean Spice, Commodore Norrington, and Dauntless; all either champions or first place winners at large shows. Her fleece is extremely dense with a somewhat bolder crimp style that is going to pair well with Sir Devins incredible high frequency and structured fleece style. It has a wonderful handle and is always one of our top attractions at shearing time. Our nationally recognized shearer always states how well her fleece compares with those found antwhere in the country. Your opportunity to aquire this lovely female is now limited to the Double O Good auction in Gainesville, VA on August 23 - 25, 2013. We feel she will be a top 3-n-1 attraction at the event. Hope to see you there.

Description

Cyclone is a new addition to the Junior class this year. He has an outstanding pedigree loaded with all the right lines to be a star. Our show string is crowded this fall, but we are sure he will get his chance in the spring to show what he has got.
