What a handsome fella! His markings and color are very striking. He can't help but catch your eye, his straight legs and solid conformation show the ability he has a producing some amazing offspring. His fleece is dense with an extremely uniform crimp from end to tip combined with awesome staple length! Gunner has started his breeding career and we can't wait to see the cria he will produce, just look at the fantastic bloodlines behind him. With the likes of FULL PERUVIAN BLACK MAGIC, MACUSANI, and NIC NAC in his family tree, he was born to produce many award winning alpacas. Gunner has been doing great at the shows, he has placed in every show he has been in as the Judges seem to love his crimp structure and amazing staple length! When Gunner was younger he was a very friendly submissive male. Since he has bred or gotten older he has gotten more aggressive. We hate to part with him as he has always been the barn clown but have had to seperate him from the rest of the boys so that we are able to clean pastures without him running at us. He is definately not happy about being in a been by himself and is therefore getting worse so we are looking for someone who can handle a difficult male and be able to put him in with the rest of their boys. He is fine with other alpacas, just not so good with people anymore, unless he is going for a breeding.

When it comes to fleece quality, Glinda has it all. Her true black fiber is lustrous and dense, with crimp you can feel before even parting it. Judge Maggie Krieger thought so too when she awarded her the honor of Reserve Color Champion in 2002.
