HuacayaOpen (Female)Medium Fawn
AOA# 30503656DOB: 8/6/200618 yrs
Sally's fiber is fine and bright with a soft handle and good density. Sally's first cria, NM Marlena placed fifth in her first show in beige at the 2010 North American Alpaca Show. Sally also gave us a beautiful light fawn girl named Marble River Butterscotch, who finished 2nd at North American alpaca Show 2011. Sally is an attentive mother, also an easy birther with plenty of milk. We have only put her on our sales list because her daughter has entered our breeding program. On Aug.13,2013, MFI Peruvian Formula 1 and Mustang Sally gave us a beautiful 20 lb. girl. Emerald is med to dark fawn and has soft crimpy curls to go with the attitude. Thank you to Mountain Meadows Farm for the purchase of Mustang Sally And Emerald. We will retain 1/2 interest in Emerald.

Description

Marlena is a beautiful little girl. She has good coverage, density, true to type head, staple length, and is one of our most curious and friendly little girls. She has excellent bloodlines: her dam is a half sister to 12X champion NM Beethoven and her sire is NM B Dylan who one judge stated "she's everything you want in a nice little package. Wonderful handle, proud bearing and tremendous regrowth." In her first show, she placed fifth in a highly competitive class at the North American Alpaca Show. Judge Jude Anderson's comments were " pleasing true to type head, excellent fleece... nice little girl." We look forward to the fall shows. Marly gave us a beautiful light fawn girl, with fabulous fiber, from our Delaney's Carmichael. We would like to thank Pond View Alpacas for the purchase of NM Marlena (Marly).
