Judge Amanda Vandenbosch, at the 2011 North American says, "The second place female, who caught my eye when she came in, she's just like a little show pony this girl, she's got one of those looks like "here look at me" -she's got that presence and she absolutely is carrying excellent phenotype as well when you look at her from her top knot down her forelegs exhibiting excellent coverage. She has a very long length to the staple maintaining a good soft handle, the female above her had that advantage on her degree of fineness but this female still having good fineness in her fleece, beautiful length to the staple and brightness. When you put it on that frame, she's really a firm second place finisher here. She really is an impressive female standing up in this lineup." She is a wonderful looking girl and we have high hopes for her future. On May 23,2013, Butterscotch gave us a beautiful little DF boy named Dorian's Eragon. I'm prejudiced, but I think he looks like Dad straight, erect, square, beautiful fiber, and full of it. Three weeks old and already trying to neck wrestle with the big girls. Butterscotch and Autumn Mist and Fiber Mill's TGF Freedom Fighter gave us WinDar, a big boned, DF male with all the attributes you look for in a future herdsire. Pics to follow. you will definitely see him in the spring shows. Bred to VAF Hallmark Precocious Prodigy, Butterscotch gave us a beautiful tall, well conformed, WH boy called Prodigy's Inferno. His fleece is soft and crimpy with good coverage. Staple length, and consistancy are going to help this boy in the at the spring shows. SOLD Thank you Steve and Bonnie

Description

The 2014 AOA National Show and Eragon received a 3rd place. With the class he was in we could not be happier. Judge Diana Timmerman gave him advantage with the most staple length since he was shorn. She said he was a very robust male. She appreciated his overall look, his overall balance, conformation and the strength of his frame. Along with that, she stated that the staple showed fineness throughout but not as fine as the unshorn males above. At the NAAS 2014 show Eragon received a 1st place. Judge Amanda Vanderbosch stated that Eragon showed excellent growth through his frame. He has capacity, substance of bone, and that he carries that development to his frame, along with a really lovely long stapling fleece, impressive to see the combination of both. Opening that fleece, he has a brilliance and brightness, and a very luxurious handle that he carries across with regular solidity, all the way across the blanket, very nice like into the neck. So overall, he is beautifully balanced, well grown out male with a an abundance of coverage. So congratulations! You should be very proud of him. In Syracuse in May of 2015 Judge Amanda Vanderbosch was impressed when he walked into the ring. He certainly caught my eye based on his phenotype alone, you can see he's just beautifully colored out, just great prime coverage on him as well. as I open up the fleece-on him, he's got a really good length to the staple for the growth period. He maintains a beautiful softness with his back fleece also carrying across a good structure within the staple, and good density with a degree of fineness combined. So you put that all together, he comes here into 1st place. Eragon as a two year old Dark Fawn Male Showtacular 2015 EMPIRE: Diana Timmerman says, very robust male, pleasure to look at as he walks toward you and also on profile. He has excellent overall proportion and substance of bone to him. ssHe shows good density but just not quite the fineness as the male above. The conformation on this male is to be commended. NEOBA: Peter Kennedy sayshe has a wide frame with great body capacity. He has a very pleasing level of organization, structure and staple length throughout the blanket just not the level of fineness as the animal above. He has great uniformity. Eragon has been exposed to two of our girls, and we can't wait to see the outcome! Eragon has two cria on the ground and running. Can't wait to see them show. Marble River Haikili looks just her dad with a touch of femininity. Marble River HalfMoon is a multi with fiber to die for of course. Her mom is splotched on her head.
