His coverage is exceptional spanning from the top of his head down to the ground- beyond his toes. He has great phenotype and a superb, handsome head. 32315752<--ari-->Medium Fawn<--color-->If there's a Fawn that stands out in pasture, her name is Golden Mushroom. She is easily recognizable by the coverage on her legs. One visitor described her as having "chaps" and asked if that was a good thing. I'd have to say it's a very good thing for an alpaca to have! Mushroom's sire is the well known and well respected Snowmass Legacy's Golden Boy, the first born and probably the most spectacular progeny of the late 4Peruvian Legacy 6016. Golden Boy is doing very well at carrying on in his sire's foot steps, producing crias in all colors from white to fawn to bay black. They all display strong frames, very correct conformation, nice heads, fleeces with great density, as well as excellent luster and handle, plus excellent bundling and character, and sweet demeanors. Many champions are included in his progeny. On her dam's side, Mushroom's grandsire is PPeruvian Guellermo G4546. Guellermo, a Light Brown powerhouse herdsire, patented an obscene staple length, density, and crimp, which he passed on to his cria. He consistently threw denser, finer, crimpier cria than the dams they came out of. Mushroom must have been first in line to receive the benefits from both the Legacy/Golden Boy and Guellermo lines. She is lovely to look at with a pretty, feminine face, full topknot, straight topline, and straight legs boasting full coverage down to her toes and beyond. (Remember those chaps!)
