Her first cria, Lassen View's Antares, went into the show ring and was awarded 1st place as well as reserve color champion at his first show. His biopsy follicle test (via Ian Watt) is even more impressive! Density - 62.8/mm with a Secondary:Primary fiber ratio of 13.1:1. Only 3 grey alpacas have ever tested higher in density and no grey alpacas have a higher S:P ratio (in fact, only 7 alpacas in ANY color have a higher S:P ratio - including white!). You'll have trouble finding a grey to put up a combination of those kinds of numbers anywhere!
