Dulce is one of our best producing females. She's true black, an easy keeper, and a good mom with plenty of milk. Dulce's first cria was an absolutely stunning dark silver grey girl in May 2012. On May 12, 2014 Dulce had an absolutely stunning grey boy, Diamante, sired by Chief Grey Feather (ARI #31825610), who is described as having “ideal fineness, silky hand, uniform throughout, high frequency, well defined crimp, virtually no guard hair, and a plethora of grey and black genetics.” Diamante was born big, strong, and was up and running in no time, with gorgeous fleece! He ended up taking a blue ribbon at his first show! On October 1, 2015, Dulce did it again! She had her third tux grey, this time out of our silver grey male, Jeremiah, a Rincon Cloud boy who is now standing stud at another farm. Dulce's newest cria is named Dulcinea del Toboso, from one our favorite literary masterpieces, Miguel de Cervantes' novel Don Quixote. On September 21, 2016, Dulce had a bay black boy with superb fleece from Snowmass Enlightenment!

NeverSummer's Magic Flight was standing stud in the Pacific NW for a limited time but has now returned home to Colorado. ATV was honored to have this lovely male on our ranch this summer for breedings to our top females. We look forward to next year's offspring from him. Carol Collins comments, "He recently received the Reserve Color Champion Fleece at the 2013 AOBA Nationals in a highly competitive group of greys. His score had tied with the CC and the tie-breaker was only a single point! When folks walked by Magic''s fleece (juvie) in our display at Nationals it stopped them in their tracks. It is stunning. SO silver. Absolutely luminous. Long locks. I can't wait to spin it up! .... And check out his fiber stats. They haven't budged between his yearling and two-year old samples. Magic Flight was penciled in as a future herdsire for us - to breed to our .38 Special daughters. Its now only that we've sold our entire herd of females that we're offering him for sale. Our good friend, Susan Mikulecky, was kind enough to let us lease her fabulous dam, Beatriz, to breed to Snowmass Enlightenment. "Magic" was the result. We were thrilled to get such a handsome, CMSG male cria that wasn't related to any of our girls. Beatriz is also the dam of two-time (!) National's Grey Champion "Annual's Bea-2 Bomber". She has produced nothing but excellence and all 8 of her offspring have been "Banner Winners"! Magic continues to show against super tough competition. But he's consistently at the top of his classes, losing out only to Champions."

Lady GreyKnight is the sweetest little alpaca on the ranch! She’s beautiful, with distinct markings, including her “cleopatra eyes”…and her histogram is fantastic! 17.5 AFD, 4.1 SD, 1.2 >30% and a Curvature of 43.1. She’ll be a huge part of our breeding program going forward – she has such a great disposition and is easy to work with. She’s an Aussie Rockford granddaughter through the very handsome grey sire and Reserve Color Champ CCR Pintoresco and the very sound, friendly true black dam Cafe Dulce.
