Outlaw is a stunning Medium Silver Grey and definitely has command presence. His color is consistent throughout his blanket and there isn't a spot of brown to be found. He is displaying bundles of fine fleece with medium frequency crimp and the luster is brilliant. His outstanding density has been confirmed by his follicle test results and his 2007 total shear weight of 11.7 pounds. Follicle test results rated him high densisty, especially for a grey. At the 2005 MIAF, Mike Safley stated, "Our First Place animal has the finest and softest fleece of the class. He has outstanding leg coverage, good bone and a wonderful typey head. 35044499<--ari-->Medium Rose Grey<--color-->Ambrose is the complete package - a fantastic rose grey stud who has 7 Championships under his belt from highly competitive shows, beating a Futurity Champ and many other multiple banner winners! He retired from his show run and settled into his breeding career, with his first cria hitting the ground in Fall of 2015. He starts his breeding here at Epic Alpacas this Spring and will be working his magic for us here in California into the Summer. We are looking forward to everything this great male can add to our program. Ambrose is 5th generation grey out of two grey parents and is packed with grey genetics. His sire, ATV Adonnis was a legend in his own time, taking 14 banners until his untimely death in March 2015. He leaves behind a spectacular legacy of cria that have gone on to be color champions and blue ribbon winners in their own right. Adonnis passed along everything he had when he sired this boy - fineness, crimp, density, phenotype, coverage, and more.
