SALUTE is an amazing macho male; tall, correct and beautiful, with a squareness of frame and strong top line that has been passed on to his offspring.
A powerhouse of genetics, Salute is the son of MR. ANTONIO, and grandson of the famous sire PERUVIAN HEMINGWAY G171 and PPPERUVIAN SALUTATION. An active breeder, Salute now has 20+ registered cria on the ground and more on the way. He has been in five major shows and taken ribbons in the very competitive white male Huacaya class at every one. More important than show ribbons, however, are objective statistics.
Salute’s fiber is his major strength with a softness of handle that is impressive. Testing done by both Dr. Norm Evans and Jim Watts of Australia proved Salute to be in the top echelon of sires from a fiber standpoint. Dr. Norm Evans’ skin biopsy reported his S/P ratio, (the ratio of secondary to primary fibers in the skin,) as a remarkable 18:1. In his words"...This is extreme. The average for huacayas is between six and seven to one..." Salute's fleece is extremely dense, and shows a very high frequency crimp in staples with small bundles. (Ask to see the report!)
This is a phenomenal male that could benefit any breeding program and his purchase price can easily be made up in breeding fees with other farms.
DON'T MISS OUT ON AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO BRING A PROVEN, FULL PERUVIAN, MULTIPLE AWARD WINNING STUD, WITH QUALITY GENETICS AND GORGEOUS FIBER, TO YOUR LADIES.
Note: Salute will be ready to leave the farm on August 15, 2014.

Free to a good home
CPERUVIAN PAIGE
HuacayaOpen (Female)Medium Fawn
DOB: 1/1/1997
Paige is a dense fawn female with great coverage, spectacular typey features, a tight, thick, curly top knot and a super cute face! And what a wonderful mother she was! She was always very protective and a good milker. Due to her age, she is being sold as pet quality only. We do not recommend that she be bred.
We are closing our alpaca farm and finding Paige a good home where she will be loved and well taken care of is a priority. She is healthy and up to date with annual vaccines and parasite prevention. She has already been shorn for this year. Paige is not haltered trained and will sit if haltered. She will however follow the herd where ever they go and come willing for feeding.
