We are retiring, so Tuscan can be purchased with our breeding/show stock. See our package deal. Tuscan Gold has set a new standard of excellence. He is a complete package of perfect conformation, elite fleece characteristics with excellent bundling, brightness, crimp, and uniformity. The brightness of his fleece rivals suri luster. He has total coverage of this fleece from his spectacular head to his toes. And does he have presence! He just knows he is something special. When we check his sheared fleece in at the shows, it invariably gathers admirers and then further inquiry on which animal this fleece belongs to. This fleece has earned multiple championships and every specialty ribbon there is. He has maintained fineness well into his breeding years and is passing on this lasting fineness to his offspring. Tuscan stayed below 20 micron until he was 8 years of age when he was 20.0. And he passes this fineness on. For example, check out the histograms on sons Tuscan's Maestro, Tuscan's Semper Fi, Tuscan's Perfect Storm, all below 20 micron so far at 2 to 3 years of age. And uniformity is also in histogram mix. But a great herdsire is really measured by his offspring, and has Tuscan delivered! He stamps his babies with remarkable consistency for fine, well organized and crimpy fleece with his signature brightness on a beautifully balanced frame with good bone, extremely typey heads, complete leg coverage and his unmistakable presence. These babies have earned several Get of Sire awards for Tuscan Gold and several Breeders Best Three awards for Bella Vita Ranch. Our client list for Tuscan Gold offspring includes prestigious and discriminating farms such as Snowmass Alpacas, AL Pacas, Safe Haven Farm, Red Granite Ranch, Snow Diamond Alpacas and others. Judges have also bred to Tuscan Gold, so he has that stamp of approval from those who should know! Tuscan descends from the award winning MFI Brock line which has produced multiple champion Tuscan siblings. If you are looking to add presence, style, fabulous elite fleece with an incredible hand and extreme brightness, total body coverage, and great heads to your alpacas, Tuscan is your guy. Give us a call to discuss this great male who has proven his prepotency through his offspring. Not only is he improving fleece, but he is fixing conformation issues, hardest of the two to correct. If you like champion huacayas with that teddy bear-look and fabulous bright, fine fleece, that's what he delivers.

We will forever miss him

My Peruvian Frontrunner

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Beige
AOA# 1169706DOB: 8/5/200420 yrs
Very sad news... On Oct. 17, 2020 we had to say good bye to our very much loved male, Frontrunner. At age 16, he was diagnosed with kidney failure, so although a very, very hard decision we knew the kindest thing to do was to let him go. We will never forget this majestic herdsire and all he did for our farm. He was a regal proud male, always easy to handle and just a pleasure to have around. We will forever miss him. That'll Do Farm is very proud to offer the truly elite herdsire, My Peruvian Frontrunner. He is a male that we had always admired and to add him to our herd was a dream come true. Frontrunner has a very advanced, elite bundling fleece, nearly identical in character, density and style to that of thirteen-time champion Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. In an extremely tough competition at the 2006 AOBA National Conference Fleece Show, Jeremiah won First Place and Light Color Champion and Frontrunner, a year younger won First Place and Reserve Color Champion right next to Jeremiah! Their fleece scores by AOBA Senior Judge Amanda Vandenbosch, were nearly identical with the major difference being fleece weight. Since Frontrunner was a year younger one would expect this. However, at the 2005 AOBA National Conference Fleece Show under AOBA Judge Cameron Holt, it was Frontrunner's fleece who scored a couple of points higher than Jeremiah! His sire is the mega-star, My Peruvian Rolex and his dam is the multi-champion Millenium daughter, My Peruvian Fenja, who won four championships before her retirement, including Judge's Choice. She is also the dam of the great herdsire, Peruvian Foundation. Look at Frontrunner's ARI, it is fully loaded with legendary animals! Frontrunner himself is the sire of many, many high-selling, multi-champion offspring. That'll Do Farm would like to share in our good fortune by offering Frontrunner's first breeding season here at a discounted breeding fee of $1,200. We also offer, as with all of our herdsires, a Live For 60 Days Cria Guarantee. We want you to have a wonderful, healthy cria as much as you do.

Description

"Bella" carries genetic excellence on both sides of her pedigree. The Accoyo Express line is known to produce dense, fine, champion fleeces of color with total body coverage. Tuscan Gold replicates these attributes and adds his trademark of extreme brightness and uniformity in an elite fleece. And he adds "the Tuscan look" to his crias. This girl is no exception. Her medium fawn dam had a 17.2 cria fleece and was 19.9 as a yearling with good density. Tuscan maintained a 19.9 micron fleece at age 4. Full Peruvian, 3/4 Accoyo Bella exhibits good bone and is a good sized girl. She has her daddy's upright stature and presence, balanced frame, level top line and a nice head. She is one of the densest of the 2009 Tuscan crias with high frequency crimp style. Bella is an excellent addition to any breeding program geared toward elite colored fleece. Bella was bred to El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo for a 2012 cria! Michelangelo needs no introduction. He is one of the densest alpacas ever measured by Dr. Norm Evans with a skin biopsy follicle count of 107 follicles/sq.mm. at 2 1/2 yrs. old! Numerous offspring have been tested at phenomenal numbers as well. He is a light fawn multi-champion full Accoyo son of the legendary Pacific Crest Accoyo El Nino (now deceased). His offspring compete and win in all colors in fleece and halter. On July 2, 2012 Bella delivered a gorgeous fawn female cria sired by Michelangelo! We couldn't be more thrilled! On July 18, 2014 Bella delivered a gorgeous bay black male cria sired by the multi-champion 'PLF Michelangelo's Black Attitude'. He is the black son of El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo. On July 11, 2015 Bella delivered a lovely fawn female cria sired by the multi champion MFI Mega Barre. This is a very exciting fleece on this one!
