ZhaZha's dam was pregnant when she was imported, so we know nothing about her background. We know that since we purchased her all of her crias have been females and beautiful ones at that. ZhaZha is a very easy keeper and a great mother. Her last cria, Chaquita, is a beautiful rose grey who has won numerous blue ribbons and a Reserve Champion banner. ZhaZha is currently bred to our 2X Champion, rose grey male, Sparks and is due in the fall of 2010. Since we still own two of ZhaZha's girls, we have decided to offer her for sale. She will make a wonderful production female for any grey breeding program.

Description

We knew the minute she was born that Chaquita was something special. Her beautifully fine, rose grey fleece and stunning presence has earned her top placements at shows everywhere. She is one of the alpacas that visitors inquire about the most. We think she has become even more beautiful since she is bred. Her first cria Carly has been sold and her second cria (sired by Sparks) is a beautiful medium fawn female. See Chiffawn in her own profile. Chaquita delivered a beautiful brown male cria in September. Carmello is exhibiting a very soft fleece with impressive bundling. We can't wait to watch him mature. We decided to hold Chaquita open until spring. I'm thinking we should breed her to our 5X Black Champion Contender.
