We are very proud to offer Nathaniel, an almost (15/16's) Full Peruvian herdsire out of Snowmass Invincible and Snowmass Highland Bell. He has 3 outstanding crias on the ground, 2 females and 1 male. The OFDA 2000 Fiber Report on him from his 2007 shearing is phenomenal. He has 3 crimps/cm and grows an average of 0.38 mm of fleece per day. His relaxed fiber length is 120 mm and stretched to 136. Fiber diameter is 20.8, SD 4.3, CV 20.8 and CF of 97.3. He has also done very well in the showring and we expect his crias to do the same. His sire, Snowmass Invincible, is either no longer offered or extremely expensive for outside breedings and Nathaniel is one of his first offspring available for breedings. He shears over 5 lbs of prime blanket fleece every year. He sheared almost 5.5 lbs of blanket fleece and slightly over 11 lbs of total fleece in 2008. Ballonne' came to our farm after the National Sweepstakes show/auction in May of 2008. She is full peruvian and is a really nice big framed white female with very fine fleece. She is also extremely dense and sheared almost 10 lbs of fleece last year and 9.5 lbs this year in 2009. She was bred to Crescent Moon's Equilizer, our medium brown herdsire, and produced a Fawn/Grey female. She is gorgeous and already sold. Ballonne' has True Black, Bay Black, and Dark Brown in her background. We bred Ballonne' to The Invincible Nathanial. With these two very dense parents, we expected to see a ton of density in their offspring. We were delighted to get a girl from this pairing, Blackforest's Prima. She is the best of both her mom and dad!

Prima is a gorgeous white female with her fiber being one of her most outstanding features. This sweetheart is the perfect combination of exemplary conformation, a lovely fine and bright fleece with nicely defined crimp. Her incredible genetics will improve your breeding program. We are very proud to offer Nathaniel, an almost (15/16's) Full Peruvian herdsire out of the late Snowmass Invincible and Snowmass Highland Bell. Snowmass Invincible was the 2003 All American Futurity White Champion and his world class genetics made him top-of-the-line. Snowmass Highland Bell is truly an outstanding foundation female. She is in the top 2 females in our entire herd. We purchased her from Stewart's Royal Alpacas when they decided to retire in the Fall of 2007. Highland Bell has produced some of the best offspring for the Stewarts and us over the years. She is a main stay on our farm. She produces absolutely superior offspring with multiple blue ribbons and color champions. Snowmass Highland Bell is another of our matriarchs within the herd and is a very protective mother and outstanding breeding female. Nathanial has multiple outstanding crias on the ground.
