Look for Royal Avenger at the Breeders Edge Auction in August! It was a difficult decision but it's one we needed to make. We have decided to sell our interest in Royal Avenger. He has produced some outstanding offspring for us and is a wonderful male with a delightful temperament. The only problem is that we now have too many that are related to Royal Fawn; we are at the point where we need to introduce some new genetics into our herd. You've seen him and you've seen his offspring in the show ring. They are truly remarkable. There's no doubt--he will improve your herd. Royal Avenger has proven to be the next generation of Accoyo excellence to sire a clan of superior offspring. His sire, Royal Fawn, is a producer of champions and one of the highest selling herdsires in history. His dam, Mariah, is also a producer of many ribbon winners. Avenger’s show record is noteworthy with nine blue ribbons, a reserve color champion and two color championships. His offspring have demonstrated that they have what it takes to be champions in the showring, compiling win after win against tough competition. At the age of 10, Avenger maintains a fleece that is extremely dense with bundles and crimp. His coverage is phenomenal from his full bonnet down his strong-boned legs. As if that were not enough accolades, he is a confident breeder with a gentle temperament. Whether you're looking for fine fiber qualities or color, you can achieve both. He has produced offspring from white, to fawn, to brown, to true black, and even grey. The possibilities are limitless. Avenger is on the path already to becoming one of the most recognized herdsires in North America and will continue to breed success. Avenger is co-owned with Stachowski Alpacas who is also selling their interest.

Description

CONSIGNED TO THE PERUVIAN CLASSIC ON OCTOBER 30TH. Cuteness…with credentials! You won’t find a young maiden as cute as this one. What sets her apart is that she has the credentials to back it up. 15.2 micron at 7.5 months of age--it shouldn’t take too much head scratching to figure this one out. Royal Velvet’s dam, Pasha of PVA, was a dark fawn color champion at the 2007 Monterey Pronk and comes from a long line of champions herself. Pasha was sired by the Elite Maximus, an Accoyo Elite son, who at the age of five had a micron of 18.9 with only 1.0% greater than 30. Go back a bit farther in Velvet’s pedigree and you will see such standouts as Hemingway, Caligula, Elite, Royal Fawn and Royal Avenger. So, is it any wonder that Royal Velvet’s histogram at 7.5 months was 15.2/3.5/23.2/0.4! Her sire, Accoyo Royal Avenger whom we co-own with Stachowski Alpacas, certainly needs no introduction. Not only is he a multi-champion, but he has produced many, many multi-champions. She is conformationally correct, has solid bone, a level topline and a correct bite. She is easy to handle with a gentle, curious personality. This spring, breed her to any one of our full Accoyo herdsires. We offer full Accoyo genetics in white, light fawn and medium fawn. Our choice would be to our up-and-coming MF herdsire, Accoyo America Enterprise, a full Accoyo Centurion son. Along with being a reserve color champion, Enterprise earned the highest score in the fawn class for his age group and was awarded the highest score for all fawn huacayas at the 2010 AOBA National Spin-Off. His histogram at three years of age is 20.6/3.5/16.8/0.7—exceptionally fine for a MF breeding male with virtually no medullation. His offspring are hitting the ground now and they are everything we had hoped they would be. Pair these two up and we can only imagine what the result will be—fineness through and through. Legendary Genetics… Extraordinary Fineness… And Incredibly Cute!
