Haley has outstanding fiber and flawless conformation. Haley is a stunning black girl out of Midnight and gray herdsire, Silver Scorpion. She is definitely a beauty. Her sire is Silver Scorpion is a medium silver gray. His fleece has extremely uniform crimp combined with incredible luster and even silver coloring as well as unbelievable handle. Haley has inherited her sire's fleece structure, which is very soft with a nice crimp. Her coverage and staple length are excellent. Her dam, Black as Midnight is sired by the famous Patagonia herdsire, Caballero Andante and has been a cornerstone foundation female for Bay Springs Farm. Haley has a solid bone structure on a well-proportioned frame and has a nice straight top line. Her excellent conformation continues with her straight legs and classic huacaya look. She is a fabulous foundation female. She had a text book delivery with her first two cria and is a wonderful mother! Her first cria is a true black male, Santos of Grazeland that is owned by Humming Meadows Alpacas. Haley's second cria is a true black female out of SA Peruvian Black Epic who is owned by Hobby Horse Farm. Haley has been rebred to Royal Peruvian High Definition, 2013 Paoba Get of Sire Winner, for a Fall 2014 cria. She has at side a stunning grey male cria out of High Def by side. He is not sold with his mother.

Sired by MFI Peruvian Jericho, who needs no introduction, with 1362 Peruvian Honeybelle as a dam. For those of you that are pedigree aficionados, yes this is the same pairing that produced Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. His pedigree is a great combination of some of the classic original Peruvian imports, Bueno, Don Julio and Inca's Ransom. This is a very dense, fine male on the classic huacaya frame. He has exceptional conformation, with big bone and the square proportions we like to see. He is not a huge male, weighing in at 135lbs, which we prefer. His presence is that pasture is certainly not little. He knows he special and shows it. He had just started his breeding career at Finger Lakes Alpacas, where we were lucky to find him. He currently has a fawn female cria born this summer, that I haven't had the pleasure to see but am told is "one nice critter" by former owner and retired AOBA judge, Polly Michaelis.
