Indigo is one of our foundation females. Indigo has had easy births and plenty of milk for her crias. The crias color range from medium gray, fawn, brown and blacks. Indigo’s sire is Request the Best, a well-known gray herdsire. Request The Best has finished first 11 times, including a three-time National AOBA show winner. Her dam, Cafe Aulait, is maroon, and at the age of 12 still has soft fleece.

Description

FOR MORE PHOTOS OF CHERIE, VISIT http://web.me.com/alpacasunrisefarm and click on "FEMALES FOR SALE OR LEASE" One look at Cherie and she will melt your heart. She has a beautiful head — her dark eyes are huge, she has a perfect top knot, and those flagged ears dance in the wind! She has a solid frame, just perfect for her age. She sports a black spot — the size of a dime — that we just noticed after her first shearing. Her background consists of gray and black genetics, so when Cherie is of breeding age we feel she will produce colorful crias. Cherie sells with one breeding and we suggest breeding her to Blue Chip, our Peruvian medium silver gray male. Blue Chip is from the country's premier gray sire line of Snowmass Casanova and Peruvian Bueno. See Blue Chip’s listing under “Sunrise Herdsires.” Cherie is 5/8 Peruvian and 3/8 Chilean. Her bloodline consists of Color Champions Peruvian Steeldust and Nic Nac and other notable herdsires which include 4Peruvian Black Magic, Peruvian White Out and Request the Best. You can view her ARI Certificate above. If you would like additional information and photos, please call or email us and we will be glad to mail you a packet.
