He has excellent conformation — square and compact. Five of Java’s offsprings are true black, one dark rose gray and white, and two dark fawns, making that 5 females and 3 males. Minuette is one of our foundation females. Her cria's are spectacular, exhibiting awesome fiber with tons of crimp. Her births were unassisted and always had plenty of milk for her crias. Minuette’s great grandsire on the dam’s side is Peruvian Drambuie G220. Drambuie was the foundation herdsire for Snowmass Alpacas (sire of Snowmass Nova's dam). He acquired a collection of blue and champion ribbons and in the show circuit Drambuie became a National Champion. Very few outside breedings were offered and now Drambuie resides in Australia. Her sire, MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite, has won many ribbons. Currently his limited breedings sell for $7,500. Her grandsire, 4Peruvian Matador, has passed away. Minuette’s first 2 offspring have done very well in the show ring and fleece shows, taking a COLOR, RESERVES, first, and second places.

His sire, Java Grandé is a non-fading true black and the dam, Minuette, along with her sire and dam, are also black. With his colorful lineage, he’s promising to produce color for your breeding program. His lineage is impressive — 4Peruvian Matador (deceased), MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite, (Peruvian Drambuie (out of country), CPeruvian Jaxon and CPI Peruvian Ja Maka. Included in his quality award-winning pedigree, Ouzo’s dam, Minuette, has produced top-of-the-line offspring. Half sisters, Stardust and Brown Sugar, have won many blue ribbons including Grand Champion and Reserve banners. Ouzo has beautiful architecture to his fleece, very consistent throughout. When you open his fleece you will see crimp from the skin to the tips, bundling oh so beautifully. Ouzo is 13/16 Peruvian and 3/16 Chilean. You may view his ARI Certificate above.
