Outstanding! SNOWSHOE Aristides is an all around exceptional male. His record in the show ring - in the ultra-competitive white class - is 5X Champion, 5X Reserve Champion. As a five year old, Aristides won one Champion, one Reserve Champion, two Judges' Choice and one Spirit of the Industry award in fleece shows. Aristides is a tall, proud macho with correct conformation. His crimpy fiber is dense and fine with excellent coverage and uniformity. He has a calm temperament and is not difficult to manage. Aristides' first crias were born in 2011 and they are looking every inch what we expected - solid bone, fine fiber with good character, healthy and vigorous. Aristides is doing a very fine job of upgrading a dam's fleece. Snowshoe Aristides is now owned by Little Creek Farm.

Jubellita's Jinx is another outstanding alpaca sired by our multi-champion herdsire, Snowshoe Aristides. Jinx has an interesting background with familiar names such as Nishio and Snowmass Magic on his dam's side and Legacy and Pluro on his sire's side contributing to the mix. Jinx has correct conformation, good fiber coverage and an overall great "look". His fiber is dense and fine with excellent crimp style. We would be using this boy here in our breeding program, but he is related to many in our herd. Jinx did some outside breeding last year and his first cria was born during the summer. The cria appears to have very fine, crimpy fiber and we can't wait to see it at shearing. Jinx is for sale on behalf of his owners.
