Another Championship for another Admiral Offspring! Admiral is ALL about fineness. Lingering fineness to be more precise. He is really stamping fineness on his offspring. Check them out on the link below. Our co-ownership in Admiral is for sale! WOW!!! Admiral's 5 year old histogram: 19.75AFD 3.92 19.85CV 98.16 !! We call this LINGERING FINENESS in a breeding male! Admiral has just simply never produced anything BUT fine! Definately prepotent for lingering fineness Check out Admiral's sheen and crimp in his 4 year old blanket pics. Still No guard hair in his blanket at age 5! Admiral's histogram as a 3 year old DARK FAWN breeding male ! FD: 18.5 SD: 3.7 CV: 20.0 CF: 99.8 CURVE: 39.6 Check out Admiral's crias teeny weeny micron histograms here: http://alpacastreet.com/alpacas/view.html?alpaca_id=853 "Speedbump Crimp ..........Speedbump Crimp" As a 2.5 year old , we took Admiral down to OABA to show in a class of 12, "The finest fleece in the class" Tim Laven stated of Admiral. . Admiral's sire SCA Peruvian Magnum was just recently purchased for $140,000. We believe Admiral is his best son to date. Admiral is the only male member of The AlpacaRosa's Fab5 Dream Team. His lineage and amazing fleece qualitys need no explanation of why he has been placed on this elite team Admiral has sired approximately 20 offspring and he is stamping out his brightness, fineness, and his beard. He is full Peruvian and 3/8 Accoyo . Accoyo Camilio, Peruvian Camelot, Accoyo Royal Fawn, and Peruvian Magnum are the male names that most of you recognize. The females in his lineage are: National Champion Royal Velvet and the $205,000"Dam of the Century", Misty Maiden. Refer to our Miss Priss webpage to read more about Admirals royal genetics. We co-own Admiral with Jim and Sharon Miller of Redwood Ranch Alpacas in Cincinatti

5X Champion /Futurity Champion

Qolmesa Peruvian Crystal

HuacayaBred (Female)Medium Brown
AOA# 1307245DOB: 8/12/200420 yrs
Crystal's show record was amazing(many believe she has the best brown fleece they have ever seen) but her value is the championship legacy she is creating with her offspring. This year another Tuscan black offspring, only a BOY this time! In 2008 Crystal gave birth to a TRUE BLACK female, named AROSA Dazzlyn! She has won 7 Championships ! This was a great way to follow up the previous year's 4X champion daughter, Laila who boasts a 17 micron at 3 years of age. Crystal's genetics and showring dominance placed her as Co-Captain of The AlpacaRosa Fab5 Dream teamCrystal did not start her show career until she was 15 months old, winning 5 championships and 10 Blue Ribbons after the age of 15 months, rather amazing when you think about it!. Crystal is Simply the BEST brown huacaya fleeced girl we have ever seen. Her fleece rivals an "elite-fleeced" WHITE champion. When you are here visiting the farm, be sure to ask to see this girl. Her fleece is VERY dense with extrodinary bundling and a 19 micron and 17 CV!!!!!. Crystal has some very RARE genetics that you just cant buy in the United States. We know of only 2 full Peruvian Marcoyo females in the United States, they are both phenominal and we own them both! We had much fun with Crystal in the showring, Now comes the fun with her offspring! We are excited about the breeding selection of our own Peruvian Landmark. This boy has simply impressed us from 3 weeks old, expressing incredible character along with 20 micron fleece as a 3 year old. He has extreme brightness, and a greasy feel to his fleece, and His head is awesome. Check out our latest Efficiency invention, we call it the Bean Machine and you can watch videos at http://thealpacarosa.com/beanmachine.html

AROSA Rico Suave's Zeus

Dont let this incredible deal slip through your fingers Incredibly fine. With Zeus' genetics, we look for him to remain LINGERING fine. I just pulled some fiber yesterday, He is maintaining fineness to about 16-17AFD at 18 months old. Super uniform!!!! Looks like my eyes are still good! 2012 histogram comes back at 16.95 afd 3.62 sd 21.38 cv 100.0 Almost a duplicate offspring from the 1st time pairing of Selena and Rico Suave. the late, Rico Suave was the 10 year old male with several documented histograms showing 16-17 AFD as a 7 thru 11 year old breeding stud. Thats correct! 16AFD at age 10! ,, and he backed it up by winning the Judges Choice in the 2010 CABA fleece show and Reserve Color Champion in the halter classes at the 2010 Maturity under Mike Safley, as a 10 year old!!!!!!!. Sadly, we announce that Rico has passed, his genetics will sorely be missed by the fineness community of alpaca breedes. Zeus is going to ROCK it in the show ring. .......Ha! that was a good prediction back when he was 3 months old! ......he just won Reserve Color Champion at the National Champions Show, AND also won Color Reserve Champion in the Fleece show including all females. Judge, Mary Reed Loved his VERY uniform fleece with no obvious primarys as a YEARLING. Anthony Stachowski estimated his micron at 15! and was impressed with his uniformity. Although the histogram shows higher AFD, I believe that this years fleece did come in much finer, and I would agree he is carrying a 15-16 micron fleece. AROSA = Full Histogram Disclosure....shop and compare!! 2011 histogram at age 9 months came back at 19.55afd 4.81sd 24.59cv 97.92 cf ... however, we believe his fleece got mixed up with somebody elses because we KNEW he was much finer and as you can see from his two year histogram, we were correct! Incredible bright crimp with tiny micro bundling accompany his fineness for a brown and the judges believe he is VERY dense, too! Zeus has incredible coverage and a great head. Selena is a Victor Vaccoya grandaughter and Rico Suave is the 16 AFD 10 year old herdsire with Hemingway and Accoyo Elite parents. Brown Rico Suave son, only two in existence and we own them both. We will want to retain a few breedings to Zeus

4X champion

Description

Just won AOBA Nationals Rserve championship in brown fleece! This gives her a 4th championship to go along with 9 Blue Ribbons. 2012 cria is just what we ordered. We bred Laila to Cactus Jack and cria turned out an excellent mix of excellent traits. Very fine and dense, with awesome head and coverage. Misty Maiden X Victor bloodlines. Lingering Fineness . An offspring from our 5x Champion Crystal and our Misty Maiden grandson Admiral, Laila represents the fruits of The AlpacaRosa breeding program. We are pleased with Lailas show career, winning 4 championships, and 9 Blues! ribbons awards ! One particular fleece judge, Lavonna, was just amazed at how Laila does not exhibit ANY noticeable blanket primarys at her 2 years of age, and was quite taken by her fineness and very tiny high frequency crimp. Just look at that SD number 2.9!!!! AROSA = Full Fiber Histogram Disclosure please shop and compare! 21.75 AFD 3.71 SD 17.06CV 97.67 CF.......5 YEARS OLD 21.70 AFD 4.09 SD 18.83CV 96.1 CF........... 4 YEARS OLD 17.03AFD 3.32 SD 18.49CV 100.0 ............. 3 YEARS OLD 17.34 AFD 2.97 SD 17.15 CV 100.0CF 49 curve at 2 years of age!!! 18.96AFD 2.85 SD 20.31CV 99.36 CF (2008 age 8 months) She is our first cria with the Victor/Misty Maiden cross and WOW, what a combo! We were hoping this combination of genetics was going to be special and so far, so good. Her fleece has the total package, 17 micron fineness, high frequency crimp, buttery handle, Super brightness, very dense, and she has a great head! Laila inherited her lusterous, super fine fleece characteristics from her sire,Admiral. Her Brown, dense, and crimpy fleece character from Crystal. She is a bundle of Energy and enjoys running, jumping, running, and running. We anticipate Laila to be a highly decorated showgirl. Her genetics include some amazing alpaca bloodlines: Accoyo Royal Fawn, Accoyo Camilio,Peruvian Camelot, Misty Maiden, Accoyo Victor's Vaccoyo, Accoyo Victor Herd maintenance equipment is manufactured and sold on our farm and can be viewed in action at www.TheAlpacaRosa.com.
